Chapter 31: Devising A Plan

After you were done praying, you lied down on the soft grass. Looking up at the sky above, remembering where each star is. " Get up brat. You're getting grass stains all over your dress." " It doesn't bother me." " Tch." Levi leaned his back on the tree and crossed his arms. " How are you feeling?" Levi asked. " Better than before. But, I feel... odd." " Tch. That's normal." You rolled your eyes and looked at Levi. He just kept looking at the evening sky. You sat up and tugged on Levi's pant leg. " What." You pointed to the ground. " You want me to sit on the ground?'' You nodded. He complied to your request and sat down. " What brat." You placed your hand on his head and ruffled his hair while smiling softly. Levi gripped your wrists, making you stop ruffling his hair, yet, your hands not leaving his head. " What are you doing?" " I just thought I could do the same gesture you did to me. I'm sorry." Levi sighed and intertwined his left hand with the back of your right hand on the top of his head. " Brat. You're lucky I love you." You blushed and continued with the gesture. " Your hair is soft." You whispered out. " Shut up." You giggled and kissed his cheek. After a few more rubs, you stopped ruffling his hair. Then, you started to rub your eyes. " Let's go." Levi said. You nodded and stood up. Both of you exited the Evergreen Forest holding hands. However, you couldn't stop feeling the way you were before. Odd.

* Chirp * * Chirp* * Chirp*

The sound of birds chirping woke your sleepy form up. As you sat up, you couldn't help but feel... taller. You looked to your left to see a sleeping body. Going to stroke Levi's cheek, you gasped. Your hand was larger than usual. Leaping out of bed, you walked to the mirror in a hurry. You immediately covered your mouth. In the mirror stood a 7'1 foot male. " H-How?!" You asked yourself. The voice was monotone and rough. You really started to worry once a loud voice echoed in the small room. " Who the hell are you?!" You turned around and saw Levi standing in a hostile pose. " Le-" " Where is ( Your name)?!" " It is me, Levi! ( Your name)!" You explained to the hostile man. " Tch." Levi walked up to you and glared. You blushed and turned away. Even though you were taller than Levi, somehow in this situation you were still the inferior one. " It really is you brat. Only one girl I know does that when I stare at her, and that's ( Your name). Now, you are a male. How?" You shrugged and started to take off your stretched out night gown. " What are you doing." " I can't go out there wearing a dress if I'm a man. That's why I'm taking it off. However, I don't have a spare change of clothes. Also, your clothes would be too tight for me now." You sat at the corner of the bed, shirtless and confused. Levi '' tched'' and walked to the door. " Where are you going?" " To find that damned scientist and beat the daylights out of her for turning my lover into a man!" Levi left, slamming the door shut behind him. " Why me?" You questioned.

You slammed back down on the bed, covering your face with your colossal hands. " Of all people, why me?" You flipped to the right side facing the window, removing your hands from their recent state. Although you gave off an emotionless expression, you were really worried about the situation. [ I hope Levi comes back soon.]
