Yuvaan's POV

"The French delegates have confirmed the deal, but the ones who asked to visit our main office, from Kenya, are still postponing. I sent our marketing team to get their doubts cleared and even sent them the invitation to come to India, but they aren't attending our calls. I would advise you to break the deal with them and consider the Kiara enterprises-"

"This bastard!" Shaurya yelled and threw the paperweight at me.

I moved my head in time and dodged it. Heena pinched her nose bridge in frustration and threatened that she would leave if I didn't pay attention to what she was saying. It was the fifth time I had made her repeat the report she had prepared regarding the progress of our international deals.

I just couldn't concentrate. I was busy replaying this morning's incident in my mind and pondering over what made my Kitten draw out her claws first thing in the morning. I didn't do anything to her and still she shouted at me; her face contorted as her thin eyebrows furrowed and her brown eyes took the shade of black.

How can she look so cute when angered?

If I had known it earlier, I would have done it over and over again. I really wanted to pinch her cheeks but she would have electrocuted me for touching her.

Why was she hiding her true self till now? Didn't she feel suffocated by caging herself in and putting on a mask every time? Well, I should consider myself lucky that she didn't murder me for not drinking that tea. What was the deal with it though?

"Can you please concentrate instead of smiling like an idiot and zoning out, Yuvi?" Shaurya asked in annoyance and picked up another paperweight from the table.

"I am sorry, Monkey," I apologized and motioned for Heena to continue.

She narrowed her eyes at me. "I still haven't given you the permission to call me that."

"How long are you going to hold the grudge? Your Bhabhi is leaving, so can you give me a break already?" I retorted.

She met Reyna only a few times, but she was already attached to her. She was still holding grudges and giving me death glares whenever I called her by her nickname in the office or in home.

"You know what, I am really happy that Reyna Bhabhi will get rid of a moron like you. If I had met her before, I would have advised her not to marry you in the first place," Heena grumbled.

"Heena," Shaurya warned.

Monkey ignored him and directed her gaze on Advait who was busy staring in the mirror since he came. He was acting really weird and pulling his lips in different directions, laughing at himself in between.

What the hell was he doing exactly?

"What are you doing?" Heena asked him, but he didn't respond.
