I shouldn't have been that much overconfident when Yuvaan had politely asked me if I would be able to complete my work by evening or not, but since my ego was flying beyond Milky way, I challenged him that I would get everything done, and he would have to give me my personal study room soon.

Actually, he would have done that even if I had just asked him to, but thanks to my stupidity, I was now dumped in a mountain of chart papers and traditional designs for a museum along with my freelance work for Raghuveer's company. Next time, I would make sure to keep my mouth shut and take the free breaks offered to me.

Working for a workaholic billionaire husband was not easy — not when he was your boss too, and your cabin was right next to his.

"I had already warned you," Kunal said as he entered my cabin.

"I know, but I thought I would be able to do it." I pouted.

"Need some help? Few of our team members are free at the moment, so they might be able to do it for you."

I thought about his suggestion and nodded. "That sounds great. Thank you for the help, Kunal."

"My pleasure, Reyna." He smiled, his cheeks sporting a light pink tint.

Man, should I just tell him that I had a crush on him too when we were in college? I would love to see his reaction.

"He is looking this way," Kunal whispered and adjusted his tie nervously.

"I know." I grinned and turned my head in Yuvaan's direction.

He was on a call, but his eyes were fixed on Kunal like a predator. I waved my hand at him to get his attention, and he narrowed his eyes at me. He pointed at his wristwatch, and I checked the time in my wall clock; it was lunch break. I took out our tiffins and went to his cabin after telling Kunal to wait for me.

"Here," I slid his lunchbox towards him, "Eat properly. I am going with Kunal and will have lunch with the team."

Yuvaan nodded, and I told him that he could join us too if he wanted instead of eating alone. When he didn't give me any reply, I took my leave and matched steps with Kunal. We began chatting like old friends, but Kunal's face soon paled when we sensed our boss behind us.

"Keep walking," Yuvaan said.

On our way, we saw a lot of employees murmuring and looking at three of us in surprise. Once we reached the architecture department, I greeted everyone and took a seat on a vacant table. The team manager was also shocked, but he didn't overreact.

One by one, everyone joined us on the table, and I motioned to Yuvaan to sit too. While everyone was trying not to get under his radar, my husband was busy calculating the seating arrangement. When he was done, he took a chair and asked the girl beside me to shift.
