6. Wait... Is that?!?!?!

The plane had an stop over on Canada, so I explored tourist spots a little. I still have 12 hours before the plane will take off again. So I took an hotel just only 800 meters east from the airport. It took me about thirty minutes to get there as I patiently waited to arrive there, I just told the driver for the nearest inn or hotel that I might stay on. We finally arrived as I stepped down and paid the fees on the driver, I picked up my luggage from the taxi's trunk and went to the entrance of the hotel, I went to the concierge and waited to get their attention. As I looked around, I saw someone who is looking so familiar to me, he is wearing a blue hoodie jacket and a khaki pants that had been wearing headset. I furrowed my eyebrows as I had observed who is the man is looking familiar to me.

"Wait, Is that!.... No way!!!.. It is.... It is...." I mumbled quietly, letting out a gasp of shock after, he finally removed his hoodie on his head and unshrouded his face. I let out another huge gasps as i finally familiarized him, he had looked at me also and let out a huge gas at me, he removed his headset and pointed his index finger at me.

"Dennis?!" He said, confused and probably shocked at me, he didn't recognize me at first glance as my face had literally changed a bit. He released several chuckles at me as he finally recognized who am I, really. I knew he knows my name and even my face, He was always with me in the university since I was third year High School..

He was Kent, my old best friend

"Kent!!" I cried, as I ran towards him and pulled him in a hug, we hugged tightly like there is no tomorrow, we didn't see each other after the graduation then. He was using social media, but only seldom. To be honest, I missed my old friends a lot, of course. We sat down on the diner and had a little conversation.

"By the way, why are you here, Dennis?" asked Kent curiously, as a waitress went to our table and gave us water, he nods at the waitress as she finally walked away from us. He picked up the glass of water and drunk it, he placed the empty glass back on the table as I only chuckled at him about his question. I finally spoke to him and told him why I am here.

"Only had a stop over here, because I am going to Iceland." I replied to his question, smirking a bit, I could say that he still remembers the note that I did on college. It didn't rang a bell at him as he only frown at me, he leaned his upper body and spoke to me.

"Why?" he asks, furrowing his eyebrows at me, he is curious about why I am going to Iceland. I only chuckled at him softly as I finally added a statement to him.

"Because, It is said that there is a passage that will lead us to Agartha. Don't you remember?" I asked to him, being sarcastic at some point. He tried to think about it and petted his chin if he could remember it. I only waited for him to remember it, as I picked the glass of water and drunk the whole glass, I finally placed the empty glass on the table as he finally remembered it.

"Agartha, what is that?..... Oh wait!! Yeah I remember it, Is is what you are telling me in the school last year?" He asked, pointing his index finger at me, he smirked at me and narrowed his brows. I just only laughed at him as he finally remembered it, Kent only chuckled as he leaned his back on the chair.

"Precisely, That passage is gonna be on Mt Snaeffells, a mountain in Iceland." I replied at him, as he only nodded at me and spoke.

"Don't worry bud, I will join you to your journey." He said without hesitation, as he banged the table moderately and smirked at me. As I let out a gasp of shock as he said that he will join me, I only chuckled at him as I spoke to him, my mind had changed as the danger would be present on the journey that I will do.

"What, no its dangerous!!" I exclaimed at Kent, protesting at him not to join because it ill be dangerous. But he only shook his head and spoke to me.

"Don't worry bud, I also hike. I climbed several mountains here in Canada. Which until now, I still climb them." He said, as I smiled at him as he told me that he is a mountain climber. I was shocked actually, because Kent was a Mountain Climber, well he had experience, so I will need him for my journey to help me climb some cliffs and rappel down holes.

"Okay bud, you're in." I said without hesitation, with a smile on my face, as he chuckles at me and finally replies.

"Thanks bud, Appreciated that" He grinned, as I nodded at him and shook our hands. He was happy to take it up because he didn't meet any of his old friends for about a while already.

"No problem." I only said at him simply, as I glanced at my watch and saw the time is still running. There is still 8 hours left before the plane will depart. So we went in Kent house, probably 4 kilometers away, it took about almost an hour to go there, but it was a good experience because e had saw good vies of mountains and others. And as we arrived on Kent's house, I saw his hiking things already on the inside, displaying at me already. As we enter his house, I saw different trophies related in hiking, his things and even pictures.

"So, you had trophies for hiking?" I asked, with astonishment due to the faact that there is about 20 trophies on a glass shelf that had caught my attention quickly.

"Yep, It started out when I arrived here. I discovered out that I was an nature lover, so I climbed mountains a day after." He admitted, as he sat down on a chair and motioned me to enjoy the view of his house. I was still astonished, though he had many trophies in his shelf......

4 hours later, we now prepared to go on Iceland, he had brought his hiking things with him. And we're ready for Mt Snaeffells

At least, I had extra support for my journey
