57. The Third and Final Phase

Before I go down, I changed my clothes first, I didn't change my clothes for almost two days now. I went to my closet to pick some new clothes to wear on. I walked towards the closet normally, as I was finally in front of it, I opened the closet's door open, then picked some dry and new clothes on the left side of the closet. The right side was filled with hanged towels and some other wearable clothed on that part, I grabbed one clothing on that part and finally closed the closet. But before I even slip my eyes away from it, I noticed something that was entirely different inside my closet.

I bolted my head up in confusion and scratched my head, I came back to the corner where the closet is located and checked again. As I finally opened the closet again, I noticed a maroon colored tunic hanging on a wood hanger on the closet wall - wait, what, wood hanger? I only bought plastic hangers on my clothes. This is really confusing me out, I shoved the other hanged shirts and towels that was on the horizontal pole and took a look at it. I was amazed of what I saw, I let out a huge gasp and my jaws dropped as I recognized the mysterious tunic hanging on my closet cluelessly, I didn't even put a tunic on my own closet since then!

"Hiccup's tunic when he was 18 years old", I mumbled at myself, as I faced the tunic in front of me, I let out a breath of shock and amazement as it was really is Hiccup's tunic used by himself during the discovery of Dragons Edge. It was still intact, all of it's parts was intact! The shoulder shell on the both sides with the Night Fury's logo on the right side, A strap near the chest, the hand pads, All of it! It was all intact, it was like it was been bought yesterday!

I hovered my hands on the tunic and felt the smooth texture of the leather from the tunic-armor (I guess?). Then, I saw a paper, more like a note sticked on the near sleeve in the right arm part. I slowly grabbed the note and tried to read it, yes you guessed it. Still written on Viking Language, but I memorized the whole alphabet of it so it has no problem decrypting it. I carefully studied the letters and translated them to English in no time, as I finally translated it. I read the letter aloud, as I held the letter with my both hands.

"A little gift for you Dennis, it will be yours now, This could be your armor in some point", this was the letter said, reading it aloud, I gave a soft chuckle at the letter and looked up at my room's ceiling, imagining the skies, imaging that Hiccup is guiding me after all. After all of that, I finally changed my clothes and brought the tunic with me.

"For Thor Dennis, are you awake?! ", Dusty exclaims, thinking that I was still sleepy this time, Dusty knocked furiously at the door, which shook the door a little bit.

"I'm coming, Dusty", I exclaimed back at him, which he would really hear it from the others side of the door, after closing the cabinet and carrying the tunic with me, I finally approached the door and unlocked it, revealing Dusty in front of me, using his cellphone. He glanced at me and smiled.

"Oh hey Den! Good morning, breakfast is ready downstairs, let's go down now", Dusty implies, still working on his cellphone, he never noticed the tunic that I was carrying on my right hand.

"Go first, I'll be following", I gestured, waving my hand, he only nodded but he was the first to go. I followed him to go downstairs, as we arrived the dining table, Dusty finally get rid of his cellphone and finally looked at me, the other boys were sitting down on the chairs, they noticed the tunic that I was holding as I hanged the tunic first on a lampshade near my seat and sat down. All the boys including Dusty looked at the tunic and glanced at me. They had jaws dropped as they saw the outfit, they we're still curious.

"Dennis, where did that came from? ", Dusty asked pinpointing towards the tunic.

"Yeah where did that came from? ", Kent asked me too, supporting Dusty, as I smiled at them.
