"Really? ", I asked him, barely exclaiming, as he nods in agreement and chuckles, I did chuckle too because I can't believe the fact that there was really a city in a inner world! I tried to speak a word but I was so speechless that time, I can't believe it that every piece of information that Hiccup gave was all true. I hope the dragons are still alive and roaming the Agarthan skies, I tried to sit upright but another wave of pain hit me on the chest. I groaned and squeezed my fist more tighter, I gritted my teeth as the pain was really creeping my body. Dusty still came beside me and helped me to lie down again, I still can't get up and flinch very hardly every time a pain strikes me on the chest.
"Hey, hey, hey! Just rest Den, you are still recovering yet, just stay there and rest", Dusty urged me, as I lied my head down on the pillow again and took a breath, as Dusty finally adjusted his seat beside my head in order to help me to sit upright if needed. As I tried to unbind the strings near my neck and tried to look at my own chest. I slowly untied the strings on my maroon tunic and tried to lift the main tunic very slowly, in order not to hit the painful part of my chest very badly. As I lifted my tunic up, I saw a purple bruise that was large enough to compare a size of a basketball to it. I noticed that the bruise was still fresh from the time where I landed to the ground, I must have landed in a wedged rock that causes me to black out. Well, that was kinda painful as I felt that pain that crept on my body in mere milliseconds before I passed out.
"Well, that must have hurt me really badly", I said at the men sarcastically, as Dusty frowned at me while Kent decided to spoke instead of frowning.
"Yeah, I bet ya! ", Kent said, barely exclaiming and chuckling, as Dusty and the other men looked at Kent and glared, Kent saw them glaring so he let's out a scared look to the boys, he cracked a fake smile slowly as he started to show his teeth in smiling.
"You don't dare say that to Dennis, your jokes are not funny or amusing at all anymore! ", Dusty snarled at Kent, giving his death glare at Kent, as he grits his teeth and clenched his both fists. I looked and saw Dusty was now balling his fists and ready to give Kent a blow, as I finally spoke and halted Dusty what he was gonna do.
"Dusty, please stop it. Do not even think about it", I begged at Dusty in a soft tone. He didn't mind me, he only glared hardly at Kent, where he didn't even move for a second, as Dusty snapped his knuckles and finally stood up. His forest green eyes never slipped from the brown eyes of Kent's from his vision.
"Dennis, help me here! ", Kent said, barely moving his mouth and spat a little voice at me, he slightly stared at me but he didn't move his eyes away from Dusty, which is really gonna kill him about that joke. I nodded at Kent a little as he finally looked at Dusty back and sweating hardly. As I finally turned to Dusty and tried to speak to him.
"Dusty, come on bud, calm down, snap out of it Dusty! Come on bud, stop it, don't do it Dusty! ", I begged at him, this time I tried to raise my voice a little as Dusty won't even look at me, he still didn't release his fists and only still glared at Kent, readying to fight him with his power. He still didn't mind me as I tried to warn him, but this time, he started to take several steps towards Kent. I tried to sit upright slowly with all the strength I got.
This time, no more pains had been sent on my body, mostly my chest, as I tried to get up, I become a little nauseous, but it went off as I shook my head. But I felt something that was injected on my right arm, so I decided to raise my left arm and check what was the thing that was injected on my right arm. It didn't hurt because it was injected maybe for a long time, as I finally raised it, I saw a needle that is injected on me.
It had a tube that was connected to it, so I looked at the tube and followed wher and what kind of liquid it was injecting me. As I saw the other end of the tube, I saw a transparent pack of water-like liquid that was flowing through the tube and on my flesh. I took a quick look at it and identified that it was a dextrose, a sugar substitute commonly used for hospitals. Why I am injected with this?
