Tia – POV
In Oakland, with my Timbs laced, hair tied up, and black gloves snug on my hands—I was ready for it all. All-black everything. I wanted all the smoke.
We finally had time to handle this pull-up on Mya—Dave's baby mama—and her little sidekick Amanda. After what they did, trying to have me killed, I was ready. We already sent them a message yesterday with pieces of Sean. They left out this morning, and now here I am, posted in Mya's mama's condo—her so-called hiding spot. Me and Kim sat posted in the living room, waiting on action. Dave and Izzy were in the kitchen area, perfectly placed to block the hallway once those two came through the door. They wouldn't even see us until it was too late.
"Where the fuck they at?" I asked, eyes locked on the door.
"You think they left town?" Kim asked, glancing at her phone.
"Not likely. All their shit still here."
I called toward the kitchen. "Dave, where they at?"
"Mamas, relax," he said calmly. "And be quiet. You supposed to be discreet."
Kim laughed under her breath. "We impatient, lol."
I rolled my eyes. "Okay."
How did we even get in here? Easy. Dave being Dave, connected all over Cali, called in a favor and got the person over the condos to give us a key. That was last week. This was all prepped and planned.
About an hour later, we heard footsteps outside.
"We need to hurry up and get out of here," Amanda's voice came through the door.
"Okay, that's what we doing now," Mya replied.
A few seconds later, they finally walked into the living room.
"Welcome home, ladies," I said from the shadows.
"Took y'all long enough," Kim added.
They both turned quick, trying to head back out—but Dave and Izzy were already in the hallway, blocking the exit.
Amanda's voice cracked. "Look, we don't want any problems. Why y'all here?"
I stepped forward. "Because y'all tried the wrong bitch. You pathetic—trying to kill the woman who's been raising your child. The one you birthed. You mental."
"I can take care of my child," Mya snapped.
"Oh, could you now?" I smirked. "That's why she hasn't seen you in three years. LMAO."
"I didn't ask you to do that."
"I'm a real-ass bitch. We don't need to be asked to do the right thing. That's the difference between me and you two dumbass hoes."
Kim cracked her knuckles. "Get ready."
Amanda blinked. "For what?"
I tilted my head. "To run me my ones."
The second I saw Mya even flinch, I was on her. I socked her right in her shit. Out the corner of my eye, I saw Kim going to work on Amanda—who, honestly, didn't even put up a fight.
I hit Mya again. This time she caught me in the jaw.
"You should've made that one count," I growled, spitting to the side. "That's the only hit you gettin'."
I kicked her dead in her stomach. She dropped instantly. I didn't stop—blow after blow to her face, her nose and mouth gushing. I only paused when I needed to breathe.
"Get up, bitch," I barked, kicking her again in the stomach.
She groaned and tried to stand. I kicked her back down and followed up with body shots—straight rib cage, gut, chest. I wanted her to feel me. The plan was for Kim and I to switch, but Amanda was laid out like she was dead, so I just finished Mya off.
