Kylie's P.O.V
After me and Justin had breakfast , I called Ross and asked him to meet me at Starbucks. I wanted to tell him that we can't go out anymore just like Justin asked me to do. After all he's gonna clear things up with Selena today , Right?
I changed from Justin's sweatpants and sweater into some short pink shorts , a white tank top and some white converse. I added some light makeup then asked Justin to drop me off at Starbucks as it was on his way to the studio.
As I sat down on a chair near the window , I thought of couple of ways on how to break the news to Ross. How is he gonna react? I hope he takes it good and not personally.
Ross entered Starbucks and looked around until his eyes fell on me and he smiled a very big smile. That just made me sick about the news I'm gonna break to him.
He sat down on the chair across from me after he ordered us two coffees "What did you want to talk about? " He asked the question I've been dying that he won't ask...just yet
"Umm...look Ross , sometimes things are just not meant to be...and I believe that everyone have another one who they're meant to be with even if that person is on the other side of the world...and I think that I'm not the one for you...I think no, I believe that the girl for you is out there somewhere , you just haven't met her yet...I'm so sorry..."I started to explain mentally I was freaking out on how he'll take the news. And from his expression I can tell that...Well , There was no expression on his face , It was blank and that's when I knew he was shocked.
I waited for him to say something but, nothing , he wasn't saying or doing anything "Say something , please" I pleaded for him to talk ,to even yell in my face , I don't care if he yelled at me , just please say something.
"What did I do wrong? "He asked and you can see pain in his eyes.
"You didn't do anything wrong , you're nice and amazing and any girl would be lucky to have you, Just not me " I said trying not to hurt him anymore.
"Is it Justin? "He asked me while shedding a tear and that broke my heart.
"Ross , I'm so sorry" I didn't want to say yes it was Justin because that will just break him more and I didn't want to deny it because it was the truth. So, I pleaded that he would accept my apology.
"Can we at least be friends? "He pleaded with his eyes.
"Of course, we're gonna be friends , Did you think you can get rid of me this easily?"I tried to lit up the mood a little bit , Although he smiled , I knew it was fake and that he was hurt and that just broke my heart.
"Come here , buddy" I said while stretching my arms out for him to hug me , he smiled and hugged me tight.
"Promise that there's someone for me out there" he said.
"Promise" I said then pulled away from the hug and smiled at him.
We then sat back down in our seats and talked about the most random things ever. It was great how the tensed atmosphere that surrounded us was gone in a couple of minutes and now we're laughing our heads off. We were better off as friends than anything more , and I think that Ross finally saw that and was starting to be okay with it.
Wonder if Justin talked to Selena yet.After talking for hours with Ross , he dropped me off at my place then said goodbye and left.
As I entered the house , I didn't find Justin maybe he's still at the studio. I went upstairs and changed in some black sweatpants and white tank top , I fell on bed and drifted into a deep sleep. After all it was a long day but, I'm happy that the drama is over.
