Tomura is a harsh and violent person during the day, and a clear lone-wolf for the most part.

But behind closed doors, Dabi never hears the end of it.
Because there isn't an end to it. 

Dabi knows about Tomura being transgender... he's the only one to know. 
And he'd been let into the secret in a rather... blunt... way.
The two are dating, but the relationship isn't anywhere near public. For extra precautions, they have their own little place hidden away far from their primary hideout, with the rest of the league of villains at the moment. 
And, for being some of the worst villains out there... the two are extremely affectionate towards one another.
They both like to think it's from the lack of affection and love they had been given from their pasts.

Ever since their fourth anniversary of the relationship, Tomura shared his desire to begin a family with Dabi. And Dabi's first immediate response was "yes." But... as he fell in the rabbit hole of thought, the "yes" changed to,

"We can't."

"Dabi, why not...-- we're our own damn persons--"
"I know, babe, but how would we keep a child in these conditions," Dabi sighed, "sure, I'm an asshole most of the time, but... if it's my own child, there's no way in hell I'm giving them the same shitty childhood I had," he claimed as a matter-of-factly. "You wouldn't want our baby living like we do, right--?"

"I am willing. To give up everything we've built up so far. To start a family with you."

Dabi's eyes shoot wide. His heart stopped, right then and there.

"Who are you, exactly--?! Tomura, this is--!"
"I- I know!" He exclaimed, "I know..." He repeated, a bit quieter. "It's just--... look, part of why I chose to have this fucking life was because I was sure nobody would love this piece of absolute waste...- but then you came to my life and proved my twisted thoughts wrong--" he claimed in defeat. "You--"
"I understand, Tomura,-" he steps in calmly, "and... you already know my thought on this, having a family with you is something I would love to do-"
"So you are giving it thought-!"
"Of course," he shrugged, "I think about it a lot. But, in a decision like this, it can't all be about my word."

He pauses, suddenly. 

"You would be the one carrying the baby, of course-... you have the parts to do that..." he mumbled the last part, "are you... sure... you want to do something as far as going through pregnancy... even though you're trans--?"
"Yes, I'm sure-" he claimed quickly, "I've been thinking about it nonstop."
He exchanges a hesitant glance with Tomura. "Are you s--?"
"Yes, Dabi, I'm a hundred percent sure."
He sighed quietly,- but Tomura could see him begin to smile. "Alright then..."
"Can we try--?"
"If... we better our way of life," he began slowly, "--and I'm not saying we have to give up how we... view the heroes side and all that shit," he claimed quickly, "I'm just saying our domestic habits," he clarified, "then... we can start trying."
