Okay, so. I will admit that I haven't watched the first three Star Wars episodes like an actual pro. I "watched them" as in they were playing and I was reading a book. Heh heh.

BUT (despite my deficient knowledge of the Star Wars world)

This was amazing! I have found that fan fiction tends to get lax when it comes to plot and characters. They just want a chance to dink around with their favorite characters and force them into weird situations.

However, this story was very well written. Like so well written that I forgot it was a fan fiction. I loved it. The characters were full and consistent, the plot was tied together and relevant. It didn't shove in my face every other line that it was a fan fiction.

The romance is super cute.

There were several references to the series that are like candy to those who have read - sorry, I don't know why I said that - watched the movies. I don't know, maybe there are books. I've seen books?

 I've seen books?

(Ahem)

Those little reference candies are my favorite thing in the world. They make my day every single time.

This is an amazing fan fiction! Definitely check it out, even if you aren't a huge Star Wars fan.
