Letting Go

Umagang-umaga ay tinext ko si Mac na kitain ako sa rooftop ng Flamma Building.

"Alam mo na?" I asked when he came.

Unti-unti siyang tumango. "He texted me."

Pinakita ni Mac iyong phone niya sa akin.

Beau:

Bro I'm up the fuck am I still ur friend?

Mac:

Oh fuck bro hello im ur best friend

Hindi ko alam kung matatawa ako o mawi-weirdohan sa kanila.

"Did he contact you?" he asked.

I nodded. "He called... Just to say that we should let each other go."

Mac starred at me with those sincere eyes.

"We both know Beau." aniya. "He do things for a reason."

I wonder if Beau is really okay now... I want to know if he's stable already.

When I saw Paige and Lia at the canteen, I immediately went to them.

Lia and I nodded.

"I'm thinking about something..." ani Lia. "Para hindi magalit ang Daddy mo, kailangan ay makalabas tayo rito na hindi tumatakas."

Naningkit ang mga mata ko.

"And how can we do that?" I asked.

"Outside activity. Ginagawa naman nating officers 'yun. We just need to think of something like judo class or whatever as an excuse." suggestion ni Lia.
