Chapter 7: The Plan

Regina came back in, smirking. She knew what they had been doing, but didn't say anything. She sat down at the table and gestured for Tinkerbell and Killian to join her. They came over and sat down.

"Okay based on what I've seen, Cora is definitely pissed off at you and for good reason. If you had done that to me, you'd be flayed alive, no offense," Regina said.

"None taken. I own what I've done in my past. Not proud of it, but what's done is done and can't be undone. I'm just surprised she hasn't tried to come after me before now. I mean she's a witch, she could of tracked me down and exacted her revenge long ago, but she waited till I resurfaced here in this village, where I double-crossed her. Whatever she has planned for me isn't going to be pleasant," Killian said.

"No its not. That's why we need to find her and stop her first. Go on the offensive," Tinkerbell said.

"Never thought I'd hear a fairy advocating offensive tactics. Aren't you supposed to be all happiness and love and peace?" Regina asked.

"In case you haven't realized this, I tend to be a rule-breaker. I was the one who suggested breaking you out of prison," Tinkerbell said haughtily.

"My apologies," Regina said, "I assumed the jail break was the pirate's idea. I'm sorry."

"That's okay. Not the first time today I've been underestimated. Getting used to it," Tinkerbell chuckled.

"So what's our first step?" Killian asked.

"We need to find her. Well I need to find her. However, you need to lay low pirate. The less your seen in the village the better. I'm sure you can find something or someone to occupy your time," Regina says slyly, eyeing Tinkerbell. Tinkerbell tries not to blush, but fails. "Though I should probably use a different disguise. My mother will not talk to me dressed as a handmaid. So if you don't mind Tinkerbell please remove my glamour."

"Sure, but I would recommend that you use it when you leave the Jolly Roger since the crew saw you come in here looking like that," Tinkerbell says, removing Regina's glamour.

"I know. I will."

"Okay so once you find Cora, then what?" Killian asks.

"Then I gain her trust and hopefully she'll reveal her plan to me in the hopes of getting me to help her."

"And if she doesn't?"

"Then I kidnap her, bring her back here, and you can torture her if you so choose," Regina said.

"Torture? Really Regina?" Tinkerbell says horrified.

"He's a pirate. I'm sure he's tortured people before. Actually we know he has based on the memory we saw. Besides my mother probably isn't going to cooperate with plan a, so that's plan b," Regina told her.

"Fine. But just for the record, I'm against plan b," Tinkerbell said huffily. 

"Not a fan of it myself, love, but if that's what it comes down to to get answers, then so be it,' Killian tells her.

"Okay then. It's settled. I'm going to go find my mother. You two have fun. I'll be back with answers one way or the other in a few hours. If I'm going to be longer than I think, I'll send you a message," Regina said as she used the glamour spell to change her back into a handmaid. 

"Okay be careful. I'm sure they've figured out your not in your cell anymore, so the castle guards will be looking for you," Tinkerbell warned.

"I will be. You make sure he stays out of sight as well," she said leaving the room.

After Regina left, Tinkerbell looked at Killian and said, "Any ideas on how to kill some time?"

"Aye love I have a few," he said winking at her.
