So come on, won't you give me something to remember?
Baby shut your mouth and turn me inside out.
Even though we couldn't last forever, baby
you know what I want right now.
Hit me one more time it's so amazing,
how you shooked my world and flipped it upside down.(Inside Out ~ Britney Spears)

Chapter 37 - 'Heaven'
TODOROKI's POV
DAY 423
Izuku smiled shyly from across the room momentarily ignoring Aoyama. I bit onto my lower lip and turned back to Momo and even if I couldn't really focus on whatever she was saying, I tried to, just to avoid staring at Izuku like a creep. He had stopped trying to talk to me and even though that was what I said I wanted him to do and forced myself to believe in, it was a huge lie. In a way I wished he wouldn't have given up on me, maybe I would have forgiven him eventually.
"Stop checking him out and come dance with me!" - Momo said grabbing my hand and trying to pull me away from the wall I was leaning on.
"You know that I don't dance. And I wasn't checking him out..." - I said lowering my voice by the end of the phrase avoiding eye contact.
"Yeah, you sure weren't..." - she chuckled before leaving me alone to join Ashido and Jirō a few meters away.
I glanced one last time at Midoriya noticing he was now talking animatedly with Bakugō.
With a sigh, I turned away and tried to focus onto something else, desperately trying not to mind the skinny jeans he was wearing. I couldn't remember seeing him in anything else than regular jeans and sweatpants, so that was new, and it somehow bothered me.Anyway, Momo seemed to be having the time of her life; I had no clue if she had a drink or not, but I was sure I've never seen her so happy and careless as in that moment as she danced with Jirō and Ashido. I sighed and kept watching them having fun as I just stood in a corner with my back against the wall.
I was glad she had no worries like that, and I somehow wished she'd just confess to Jirō and finally date her. It was frustrating watching them act like a couple and deny it; especially Jirō whom I heard say more than once that they were only friends."Is she drunk?" - Izuku's voice recalled my attention.
I glanced at him standing next to me, he was holding a blue cup in his hand and smiled up at me with rosy cheeks. I had no clue when he got there; I should have paid more attention to my surrounding."I don't think I saw her drink anything but water..." - I mumbled.
He giggled a bit and rested against the wall next to me with a light sigh.
"Maybe it wasn't water. You know, Denki is...well he always finds a way to sneak alcohol in the dorms." - he said. I could see him nervously fidgeting with the edge of his cup with the corner of my eyes.
"Why are you talking to me now?"
"Because why not?" - he said with a little shrug.
"You've been ignoring me for a while, thought you finally gave up..."
He adverted his glance to the floor, and he seemed to frown a bit before letting out a something that resembled both a sigh and giggle.
"Are you drunk?" - I asked him while watching Jirō say something in Ashido's hear as Momo was a few meters away trying to convince Miyako to join them.
"No, why?"
"Don't know, you're weird and your cheeks are red" - I stated watching Miyako laugh as Momo physically dragged her to dance with the other girls. At least they finally seemed to get along well.
