Chapter 08: Shopping Dimension

Nagising ako dahil may nararamdaman na naman akong mabigat na nakadagan sa akin. I slowly opened my eyes and I was greeted by the bright ray of the sun. I squinted a bit so I can see clearly. I forgot to close the curtains last night.

Napatingin ako sa lalaking nakadagan sa akin ngayon. Oo, nakadagan. His head is on my chest. His right hand is encircled around my waist. Naaamoy ko ang sarili kong shower gel mula sa malambot niyang buhok. The curtains aren't the only thing I forgot. Nakalimutan ko ring iremind ulit ang lalaking ito na hindi nga sa kama ko matutulog!

I pushed him hard off the bed. Narinig ko ang malakas na pag bagsak niya sa sahig dahilan para mapamura siya ng malakas.

"Shit!"

Sinilip ko siya mula sa kama. He's scratching his head. I think it hit the floor when he fell down. Serves him right.

"How many times do I have to tell you to not sleep on my bed?!" It's fucking early in the morning and here I am, shouting at a guy frustratedly. Ang gandang bungad sa umaga. I don't even know him that much to sleep together on the same freaking bed let alone cuddle with me!

Ang sama ng tingin niya sa akin habang minamasahe ang parte ng ulo niya na tumama. "I forgot, okay? You don't have to push me."

Mukhang iritadong-iritado siya sa ginawa ko. Well, I'm more irritated. He's even on top of me! Sinong hindi magagalit? Tumayo na ako sa kama at dumiretso sa kusina upang maghilamos at magsipilyo. Iniwan ko siyang nakaupo sa lapag habang hinihimas pa rin ang kaniyang ulo.

Nagtimpla ako ng kape para sa aming dalawa. I'm sure he'll come out soon to drink coffee too. Lumabas ako sa may veranda ng aking condo upang magpahangin. Buti na lang at wala akong klase ngayong sabado at maganda pa ang tulog ko kagabi. I don't feel tired at all.

I was looking at the beautiful morning view when Vyl spoke from behind me.

"Ven, what do you want to eat? I'll be the one to cook." Humarap ako sa kaniya at nag-isip muna saglit.

"Sa labas na rin kaya tayo kumain?" I suggested because we're going to shop later so I think it's better if we'll eat outside too.

"What? How can we eat outside? Is there a kitchen there?" He was about to walk towards the door when I stopped him. Napatampal ako sa noo ko.

"I meant, let's eat in a restaurant. Or a fast food. Haven't you saw those stuff in T.V?" I'm not sure if he knew but he thought for a moment. Inaalala kung ano ba ang tinutukoy ko. Natawa ako nang biglang lumiwanag ang kaniyang mukha.

"Is that where people serve you food? You pay them for what you'll order, right?"

Napatango naman ako sa sinabi niya. It's weird how he describes things that are common in this world. "Yep. That's it."

"It must be like an Enlivia Lounge. We pay gold coins to request for food that boosts our energy."

"Boosts?" I asked curiously. Is it like what people feel when they eat or is it a different kind of boost?

"You see, our magic is deeply connected with our energy. The amount of energy an individual has is a huge impact to how much they can use magic."

I'm amazed with how they're ability works. So they have those stuff in his world, huh. It sounds really magical.

While we're talking, I glanced at the clock. I think we should start preparing. Mas mabuti nang maaga kaming umalis upang maaga rin kaming makabalik.

"I'll take a bath first. Don't enter the room until I'm done." He just nodded in response so I went inside to take a bath.

I just finished taking a bath and I'm currently looking for clothes to wear. It's been a long time since I went to the mall to hang out. I should put a little effort on my outfit today.
