Tae Oh landed in Seoul at 8 pm and took a taxi back to Hyung's house. It didn't stop raining in Seoul either.

"Ah, now where did I put the keys?" he asked and started rummaging through his laptop bag and pockets on his sweatpants. "Ah, It's not here. Hyung is going to kill me,". Tae Oh got out his phone and called Jungkook Hyung only to receive an 'I'm on my way'. Hyung was being surprisingly nice today. He expected a few cuss words and yelling.

Tae Oh stood under the mango tree to avoid getting drenched in the rain. Once was bad enough but twice was too much. He already felt a fever burning up and he looked up at the dark clouds which seemed to rain twice as heavier in Seoul compared to Busan. A loud honk was heard and Jungkook opened the passenger side door to let Tae Oh in. They both then drove in the compound and Jungkook Hyung parked his car before getting down.

"Yah, How can you forget to bring the keys?" Jungkook Hyung asked and was now unlocking the front door. Tae Oh was going to get down from the car when he saw a contract on the ground of the passenger seat side. Jungkook Hyung must have forgotten it.

"Hyung, is this yours?" Tae Oh asked while handing over the contract and entering the house.

"This girl seriously. I asked her to take this contract and make a copy but she left it in my car instead. Is she the secretary or am I the secretary?"

"Hyung, you finally hired a secretary?" Tae Oh asked surprised.

Jungkook nodded then turned to look at him. He noticed Tae Oh's wet shoes.

"Tae Oh ah, GET YOUR SHOES OUT OF MY HOUSE!"

Tae Oh jumped. My gosh, Hyung sounded like a fierce animal with 7 heads when he was angry. Tae Oh took off his shoes and threw it outside and made a mental note to wash it tomorrow when it wasn't raining.

"Did you eat?" Jungkook Hyung asked while looking through his phone.

"Red bean porridge just like you said!"

"Good. I'm about to call this secretary of mine to come to collect this contract she left. Her first day at work and she's already irresponsible.Does she want to get fired?" Jungkook Hyung said while dialling her number.

Tae Oh rolled his eyes and went to the kitchen to make some dinner. Red bean porridge wasn't enough to fill his stomach up not after it brought back all the dreadful memories of the past. He began to boil some water before placing four packets of 'ramyun' in the pot of water that was now boiling. Jungkook Hyung was talking on the phone to his 'new secretary'.

Tae Oh never thought that Jungkook Hyung would get a new secretary after being involved in a scandal with the previous one. That made the news. It was his first and only Secretary he had. Due to the scandal, Hyung had to go through investigations because his secretary accused and sued for rape. What a horrible experience but it was obvious that she did it for the money. The case was dropped when there was no evidence obtained but it took a few years for Jungkook Hyung to gain his status and respect from other companies again.

"Secretary Lee, come and collect this contract that you left in my car before I lose it. I don't care what time it is just collect the contract now!"

Come to think of it, why was she in his car?
Tae Oh didn't really want to ask him now though unless he wanted a death wish.

Tae Oh started to make homemade fresh-brewed coffee so that Jungkook Hyung would calm down. He brought out two mugs and waited for the coffee to brew while mixing the condiments in the ramyun that was almost cooked. He couldn't drink coffee. It tasted so...bitter

DING DONG

Tae Oh looked up to see Jungkook Hyung missing from the living room. He probably went to the bathroom.

DING DONG

"Arrasso, I'm coming. I'm coming!" Tae Oh yelled while walking towards the door unlocking it.

"Hyung will be right -- Ji Eun Noona?"

The woman in front of him looked at him and stared.

"Kim Tae Oh?"

"Is she here yet? Let her in then. Why are you staring at her?" Jungkook Hyung suddenly appeared and was staring at Tae Oh.

"She's your new secretary?"Tae Oh asked while turning to look at Jungkook Hyung.

"Yeah, why?"

"I never thought I'd meet you again noona!" Tae Oh pulled Ji Eun into the house and went in for a hug.

"YAH! Stop it, what are you doing?" Jungkook Hyung asked.

Tae Oh couldn't speak at that moment. He was holding onto Ji Eun and trying not to speak as well because he was on the verge of tears. He could feel her hugging him back and suddenly he felt like time had stopped.

A piece of his past came back to him.

The only piece that didn't make him sad or miserable, instead it brought him joy.
