The doorbell repeatedly rang that made me wake up into a completely messed up sleep. Who the freak would come at my house at six in the morning? I'm not even expecting any visitors today.
"I'm coming!" I said in a loud voice.
I rubbed my eyes and stretched my shoulders. Yes, I haven't comb my hair yet, what do you expect? It's morning and I'm not yet done crying about last night.
I would never forget about that kiss. That desperate fucking asshole, she stole my boyfriend with just one kiss. Damn it.
I sauntered to the gate wearing my Hello Kitty pajamas and Winnie the Pooh shirt, they're cute and comfy, don't judge.
I opened the gate and surprisingly it's my clique. Sandy, Alexa, Matthew, Andrew, Jake, Diane and... Zach.
He's bringing my favorite flowers in his hands and with that cute puppy eyes he's making? No, no, no. I will not accept that. I will not forgive him so easily, I will not.
Damn he looks so good.
Of course, your girl made a strong look on her face and I'm not giving any expression.
Zach walked towards me and handed me the flowers.
"Francine, this is for you. Please let me explain." Zach said, while giving the flowers to me.
I looked at my friends and they gave me that you-better-say-yes-or-else look on their faces. I looked at Sandy and it seems like we're having a telepathic conversation, I narrowed my eyes and she raised her eyebrows.
I accept the flowers and I heaved a sigh. "Come in."
See? I accepted the flowers. I'm the most frangible bitch. Feel free to hate me.
They walked inside and removed their shoes and sandals. I don't know if Zach just hypnotized my friends that made them come in here with him. Just as usual, they made their thing, they made their coffee and breakfast. Zach walked towards me and he held my wrist.
"Listen, Francine. I—"
"I'll take a bath first. Make your own breakfast." Ops. That pricked me a little. I was the one making his breakfast but today, it's a no. He let go on my wrist and he sighed. That sadness in his face, It really makes me want to hug him and tell him everything will be alright. But he needs to explain to me first.
I sauntered to the bathroom and took a bath. I brushed my teeth while looking in the mirror. Damn. That kiss repeatedly replaying in my mind. Zach better brushed his teeth with his lips a thousand times and gargle all the brands of a mouthwash as much as possible.
I opened my closet and found my Dickies shirt and shorts. I wore them and I blow dried my hair. I put the towel in the bathroom and sauntered to the living room. I saw them waiting for me, I sit on the opposite of them.
Alexa spoke. "Francine, we've been worrying about you last night. We kept on contacting you but you're not answering your phone."
Andrew sighed. "Look, Francine. We saw that, okay?" He looked at Zach and sighed. "Everybody saw that."
Zach tugged his hands on his hair. "Baby that was an accident."
"An accident? Zach it wasn't. I saw you kissed her back and you even held her waist and that was an accident?" I said. "What kind of accident is that?"
"What? No!" Zach looks completely flustered.
"Hey, France, listen." Sandy muttered. "We saw what happened that's why we're here to explain everything."
"Yes. Please listen to us first before any violent reactions, okay?" Diane said.
I nodded and Zach started explaining.
