"You're leaving?" I heaved a sigh with my eyes wide open.
I know that it's pretty strange but I felt a little sting in my heart. I wasn't supposed to feel this, I should feel angry, I should feel vengeance creeping inside me but when I saw his eyes looking at me, it was full of smooth intentions. All I I know now is, he wasn't the Sky that I've known in High School.
"Yes, Francine." He said decisively and smiled. "But I won't leave without giving you a good A+ grade." He winked at me.
I almost forgot about the project. We have few more days to finish it and we haven't even talked about it. I just stared at him with emotions that threaten to burst out.
"I've got an idea." He said. "I thought of this while waiting for you here."
I smiled at him. "Go on."
"So, there's only you and I on the video, so I think it will be good if it would be about bestfriends. Bestfriends that made the best memories before..." He stopped and looked at the sunset. The color of the sunset reflects to his eyes and it was so beautiful.
"Before what?" I asked.
He smiled. "Let's do a plot twist, but the plot twist is a little similar with me leaving. But the good memories will be highlighted so that the video will be a good remembrance that you can always look back again." He beamed.
"Nice." I smiled.
He scowled and rolled his eyes. "I've thought of this for almost half an hour and you call it 'nice'?"
When he rolled his eyes, he looks so damn cute and I can't even resist so I laughed and pushed his arm.
"You're gonna make me cry." I said without even thinking.
"What?" He narrowed his eyes and glared at me. "What do you mean?"
My eyes widened and I blinked. "I—I mean, ofcourse we will make a lot of beautiful memories then you'll leave me after all."
Like anybody else did.
He smirked playfully and made a cute lopsided grin. "You used to not care at me at all and now you're saying that I'm gonna make you cry?" He laughed. "You're unpredictable."
I bit my lower lip and smiled. "Let's get started."
He smiled and we both stood up, he descended down the steel ladder and reach for my hand. We both walk outside his house and I took my camera out of my bag.
"I can't believe that we don't even have any script, outline or anything to make this film better." I said and looked at Sky who's already looking at me.
"We don't need any of that." He smiled at me adorably. "The film is about us, we don't even have to act or pretend. Let's just be us and it'll be the best film ever. It might be on cinemas nationwide."
I laughed.
"So how are we gonna start this?" I asked.
"We need to have a camera man." He said. "Do you have any friend that knows how to film a video?"
I thought of my friends but I don't want them to film me with Sky because they will definitely make issues out of it.
"How about, Blake?" Sky interrupted my thoughts. "Blake is good at filming and photography, he has a million followers on Instagram, he could help!" He beamed and took his phone out of his pocket. While he was typing and calling for Blake's number, I was just staring at him, scanning every curves, freckles, and crimson lips. His face is a perfection.
