I sighed in annoyance, I had read through all the information on Itachi for the past week and haven't came up with any idea of why he would want Ushinawareta Hitobito to look after his child, especially with him telling said child that I was his mother. I knew nothing about children, I didn't know how to raise one and it was Itachi's child, I couldn't ask anyone outside of this village for help, they would try to take the child for their own gain of Intel about his father and I wasn't about to let that boy become a prisoner because of the mission to kill everyone of Uchiha blood.

except Sasuke and...me

The boy, I didn't know his name or his skill set, I didn't know anything other than the fact that he was going to be turning five soon. What had Itachi told the boy about me other than the fact that I was his supposed mother? did he give a cover story about why he's only just now meeting me? I had asked Asuna to give the spare room in my house a make over for a small boy, she seemed excited about the request and instantly kicked me out of the upper floor of the house, so I was left sleeping on the couch for the last two days because of her need to paint the walls.

caw!

I snapped out of my thoughts, looking out of the window I saw a raven sitting on the window sill. I stood instantly and walked over to the window, peering down at the village I noticed the raven take off and fly towards the village gates. I closed my eyes momentarily and sent out my chakra all over the village, I located everyone and found that two children of the village were standing at the gates, I furrowed my eyebrows and opened my eyes, raising a hand I teleported behind them, I made my way towards them and pushed them gently behind me, not knowing who they were looking at.

caw!

I noticed the raven once more on the top of the gates, I sent it a glance before looking down. A small child with raven colored hair stood there, he had pale skin and bright red cheeks, he was crying and sobbing while clutching onto an envelope, the other hand held a small light blue blanket. He kept moving his head around, as if looking for someone. I looked down at the children behind me, Ari and Mikoto. I began to walk towards the small boy, stopping a few feet away from him and crouched down to be eye level.
