I frowned in concern as I watched from a safe distance over the training of the children who weren't Genin yet, as I watched them execute the motions of the taijutsu that I had showed them weeks before, I realised that Ibichi, Ai and Ari's movements were a lot more graceful than Kido, Maehara and Loki's. I wondered if it was because of their chakra nature that made them different in each move, Hana, Makoto and Itona's were a lot more forceful, with a slightly edge after each set while Ryuu and Finn seemed to be lively, but not as graceful as those with water chakra.
could the chakra nature impact on their training? if so, would that mean that everyone's training would have to be different for it to work as properly as its meant to? would someone of wind chakra train as an earth chakra shinobi? it wouldn't make sense if they did, so perhaps the training they were currently doing wasn't the right training for everyone, in that case, would they be better off training by themselves seperate day their chakra types and strength levels?
I have a lot of work to do, I need to make sure their training is the right course of actions for them all and not just a few of them and force the others to learn the same things. I'll need to take into account their strengths and weaknesses so they don't hurt themselves by trying to complete this training when it's not for them all, why would I think that the training I did with Gai-sensei would match them all? it only worked with me because I was a stubborn child, it wasn't the right taijutsu training but it made me stronger.
Figure out their training schedules, then worry about anything else, one thing at a time and this village will strive like no other..
"Keep training, I'll be back in a few hours, stop when you're tired and take a break, don't over work yourselves"
"okay Tenshi-sama" their voices chorused together, I nodded and chuckled lightly to myself. looking to the most right of the ground to see Shisui practicing as well, he seemed to be fully focused on his training that I doubt he even heard me, overall he was happy.
Shisui must miss Itachi, he's always climbing into my bed when I get home..
