"I heard you wanted to speak with, Ren." I voiced, looking up from the unfinished paperwork in front of me as she entered the spacious room, I watched her nod while walking towards me, a clipboard tucked under her arm tightly.
She stopped in front of my desk, grabbing the clipboard and extending it towards me. I reached over, grasping it in my hand and pulled it towards me, spinning it around to read. Sparing her a glance to see her with a serious yet calm expression on her face, I furrowed my brows slightly in wonder, before bringing my eyes down to the parchment clipped to the board. I began to read her assessments on the children, my lips beginning to be pressed into a line in thought.
Assessment 73;
Kaida
Her chakra nature is wind, she is skilled in taijutsu, ninjutsu and weapons. Has a vast knowledge for medical treatment. She is strong willed and intelligent, able to adjust to her surroundings.
Akito
His chakra nature is fire, has a very strong will, his strengths are ninjutsu and genjutsu. Has a hard time conjuring any medical ninjutsu but knows the basics, is a sensory shinobi needing more practice.
Hana
Has the chakra nature of lightning, very gifted in medical ninjutsu and herbs. her intelligence puts her at the top of the class with her weakness being taijutsu and genjutsu, prefers senbon over the regular kunai, purhaps needing more guidance in ninjutsu for defense than attack.
"impressive" I voiced, reading through the information on team one, nodding my head in astonishment at how far they've come in just over a years time of training.
"I believe they're reading to graduate, Tenshi-sama. I understand if you don't agree with me, but they all have great skills and always complete their missions for The Kazekage without fail. They work well together and keeping them in the academy for any longer wouldn't allow them to improve anymore."
I hummed, thinking it over. while our village was remotely called Ushinawareta Hitobito, we were thinking of shortening it for future events. That being so, we didn't have headbands made for them, we knew what would be going on them, but no one has had a chance to go to a black smith for such items, it would take a week for them to be made and I wasn't sure if I could leave for that long, or if I could send someone to get it, it would be too much to ask..

I nodded, standing up as i passed back the clipboard to her. taking on a serious expression as I headed to the large windows to look down at the village to see The children surrounding Asuna in the training grounds while she helped them with chakra control yet again.
"put together a test for the three of them, something genin level. when they graduate, well, if they do, I have a mission for them"
"Understood. what of the mission..?" I turned around to face her.
"they'll be heading to Konoha to pick up the headbands"
"what of the symbol?" I looked down at the desk, lifting a piece of parchment and turning it towards her, showing her the symbol I had chosen.
