Haha sorry I'm not the best artist! Lol and I don't have any fancy tools to use when drawing so I just had to use a pencil. But I still think that Keefe Jr is very cute! You will see more of that little guy in the future. Anyways, enjoy the long chapter!
Usually, waking up to the first day of snow, it always made Sophie happy. Unfortunately, this year, the mood wasn't as bright. Sophie found it harder and harder to be happy lately. The evil organization was still out there and had some evil plan that Sophie knew nothing of. Just that her parents were involved, Lady Galvin, and some experiment her parents made that was never patented. They had only managed to kill one member and arrested Hank. Dan Rogers was a waste, since he escaped from jail.
Sophie sighed. She could only hope that they would get a lead soon. Luckily, her friends were helping, but Sophie didn't like how that meant that they were in danger too.
Speaking of her friends, they were very unhappy when they found out that her, Keefe, and Tam had gone on some secret journey without them. Sophie tried to reason with them that they had to act fast and couldn't afford finding her friends since the wall closed soon after it had opened. She also told them that they had missed nothing important. Sophie was also sure not to mention what had happened before they went into the secret passage. She remembered feeling Tam's evil gaze burning through her as she silently prayed that he wouldn't mention anything.
After explaining everything to her friends, they had just talked for a bit and then left the party without playing Truth or Dare since it was really late. Sophie had been exhausted and went straight to bed, but sleep was still hard.
Sophie broke out of her thoughts as she got up to get dressed.
When she was done brushing her teeth and getting dressed, her phone buzzed. Sophie looked down to see that there was a message from Biana.
The group is going sledding today so be ready in an hour, so we can pick you up.
Sophie was glad that she had something fun ahead of her today and maybe it will keep her mind off of the other matters.
Sophie then skipped downstairs to have breakfast before the fun day ahead of her.

Sophie could see her breath when she blew out because of the cold air. She shivered as her and her friends slowly trudged up the hill with their heavy snow pants. Sophie started to breathe heavy and started to sweat.
Why was this hill so steep?!
"You good their Foster?" Keefe asked, climbing next to her.
"Yeah...never...been...better," she huffed, the hill making it hard to speak.
Keefe snickered beside her. "Well at least you aren't behind like Dex is."
