Today was the day that Sophie had to juggle two dates and one hangout. School had ended about half an hour ago so Sophie didn't have much time to get ready for her date that was at four with Keefe.

During school, Sophie made sure to reschedule her date with Nick at five-thirty and the hangout with Fitz at seven. Both guys didn't seem to mind which relieved Sophie.

Keefe still didn't say where the date was going to be at and all he told Sophie was to dress warm.

Sophie felt anxious as she looked through her closet for an outfit to wear.

A dress wouldn't be that warm...but this was a first date with Keefe...

Sophie eventually went with a red sweater she found in the back of her closet. Her eyes teared up a bit when she realized that it was a sweater that her biological mom gave her once.

Here's a picture of the sweater:

Sophie put the sweater on with dark jeans and boots. She made sure to layer up by putting a long sleeved shirt underneath her sweater. She then decided to leave her hair down and curled it a bit. She thought about using makeup but she didn't want to feel like she was trying to impress Keefe so she just went with not wearing makeup at all. Besides, she felt like she was herself.

Hopefully Keefe wouldn't mind...

She then grabbed her purse and phone and headed downstairs. She then went to the coat rack to get her white coat.

When she found her coat, she grabbed it and screamed when Grady was hiding behind it.

"DAD! WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE COAT RACK?" Sophie yelled after almost having a heart attack.

"Going somewhere I see..." Grady said, ignoring her question as he narrowed his eyes.

"Yes, I'm going somewhere," Sophie said, annoyed as she put a hand on her hip.

"Where? Why?" Grady demanded as he got out from in the coat rack.

"Well...I'm going to hang out with a friend," Sophie lied, feeling nervous as she fumbled with her sleeve.

"A DATE?!" Grady shrieked as he pulled out his infamous metal bat.

"What! That's not what I said—"

"DID YOU NOT LEARN YOUR LESSON FROM LAST TIME?" Grady demanded, waving his bat in the air.

"Dad! I'm in high school! I should be allowed to date!" Sophie argued, already giving up the act.

Ugh! She hated how her dad had some sixth sense when it came to boys and always managed to bust her!

"NO! YOU SHOULD NOT BE DATING!  I don't even like that Nick kid!" Grady yelled.

"First of all, you need to stop being so overprotective over me. And second, I'm not going on a date with Nick!"

"Oh good...wait...ARE YOU GOING ON A DATE WITH THAT BOY?!"
