It was a silent cold night of January. Chilly cool breeze was showing slight drop in temperature. Mostly all were already in their dreamland but Naina was awake, sitting in balcony, alone, deeply lost in her own thoughts, her own miseries, blankly looking at sky... Preeti wake up and found empty bed....

Preeti came outside, "Naina, yahaan itni thand mein akele baahar kya kar rahi hai... chal andar varna thand lag jaayegi" She did not speak, fighting the tears that filled up in her eyes....

Preeti put her hand on her shoulder, "Naina kal ke baare mein soch rahi hai, agar sochna hai toh yeh soch ki kal Sameer ka birthday hai... dekh agar tu pareshaan hai toh rehne de varna mein toh kahungi kuchh different plan kar na usake liye ....

Naina smiled hesitantly and said, "haan pata hai, par kuchh socha nahin abhi tak... sach kahun kal college jaane ka man nahin hai, par agar nahin gayi toh usse bura lagega, aur mein usse kal ke din dukhi nahin karna chahti".

Preeti hit on her head, "kya bakwaas hai ab yeh... kyun nahin jaana college.. mujhe toh laga tha ki tu kuchh special plan karegi uske liye... she sits next to her and said, "dekh Naina, jo hona tha ho chuka ab kab tak yeh sab sochegi... tujhe zindagi mein aage badna hai... chhod yeh sab aur chal kuchh plan karte hai.. ab voh itna special hai to usse kuchh toh special milna hi chahiye na" she winked to make her smile...

Naina hit on her arm and said, "jyada bakwaas mat kar aur kuchh idea hai toh bata... vaise yaar ek idea hai, kyun na usake liye apne haath se cake bana lun... khush ho jayega"

Preeti : haan voh toh hai... aakhir tere haath ke khaane ke bina uska pet bhi toh nahin bharta" they both laughed and plan for tomorrow..

They came inside and Naina bring out the new recipe book from her almirah which Preeti bought it for her knowing her favorite hobby of cooking. They read the recipes from book and decided for chocolate cake to bake.

Naina woke up early morning and after bath, start preparing Gaajar ka halwa for prasad...

Chachiji : arey Naina itni jaldi thand mein uth kar tu kya kar rahi hai kitchen mein...

Naina : voh Chachiji aaj mera man tha mandir jaane ka toh socha prasad bana kar le jaaun... bas ban hi gaya hai bas dry fruit daalna rah gaya hai....

Chachiji : chal mein teri madad kar deti hun... then she helps in cutting dry fruits and later Naina gets ready for mandir...

Naina thinks to wish him first before going to temple, so she picked up the cordless and came in her room and dialed his number to avoid seeing by Chachiji......

Sameer / Naina together : Hello.... They smiled and she wished him : Happy Birthday Sameer..

Sameer : Thanks, Naina, mein kab se tumhare hi phone ka wait kar raha tha... mujhe pata tha itani subah sirf tum hi mujhe sabse pehle wish karogi... thank you so much... aaj ka din special banane ke liye....

Naina : karti kaise nahin... aakhir tum mere sabse achchhe dost jo ho... achchha chalo abhi rakhti hun.... College mein milte hai... Bye
