Naina and Preeti reached Sameer's house and press the doorbell. Door opened by Rohan. They greet each other and walk inside together to Sameer's room...

Naina : Rohan ab tum kaise ho... dobara bukhaar toh nahin aaya

Rohan smiled seeing her concern, "mein toh theek hun bas aapka mareej abhi bhi theek nahin hai... pata hai apake jaane ke baad kitna pareshaan kiya usane hum sabko..."

Naina asked worriedly, "kyun aisa kya kiya... jyada tabiyat kharaab thi kya uski..." she feels sad knowing he is still not well...

Munna coming out from room replied, "arey nahin Naina, voh toh bas pata nahin tune kal kaise dawai di aur usane kha li, humein toh itna pareshaan kiya ki puchh mat... agar tabiyat theek nahin hoti to pit jata humse... kitne nakhre karta hai puchh mat"

Naina smiled and went near him and touch his forehead which was still slightly warm...

Naina, "bukhaar toh abhi bhi hai... mein isake liye kuchh khaane ko laati hun, tabhi dawai le payega..."

She prepared tea for all & coffee for Sameer with Poha, which served by Munna to all... she asked to get two cups in room itself for her and Sameer....

She sits beside him on bed and tried to wake him, "Sameer, Sameer utho"

He opens his eyes and smile seeing her there again which he was missing when he woke up last evening...

Sameer, "morning Naina, tum kab aayi..." looking towards tray filled with food, he asked, "aur aate hi kitchen mein laga diya inhone tumhein"

Naina offered him cup and said," mujhe achchha lagta hai yeh sab, tum coffee aur yeh breakfast lo aur dawai khakar aaraam karo... abhi tak bukhaar khatam nahin hua na..."

Sameer drink his coffee with breakfast thinking in his mind, "kaash meri har subah aise hi hoti... iski pyaari si Muskaan ke saath ek cup coffee... zindagi ke maje aa jaate..." he smiled looking at her who was seeing him smiling cutely

Naina, "aisa kya soch rahe ho jo akele akele muskura rahe ho... mujhe bhi bata do... mein bhi khush ho lungi..."

Sameer coming back to sense, "nahin aisa kuchh nahin, vaise Naina, tumhein kaise pata mujhe coffee pasand hai... par sach itni achchhi coffee maine kabhi nahin pi..." he savored the aroma of his favorite drink...

She smiled back, "voh Rohan ne bataya.. kal sorry maine tumhein chai de di, mujhe pata nahin tha"

He smiled winking to her, "tumhare haath ki toh chai bhi coffee se better thi" he took his medicine and laid down to rest for some more time feeling weak... after one hour he woke up and saw Naina was not around in room...

He gets up from bed and went outside looking for her, "lagta hai phir se kahin kaam kar rahi hogi... ek minute bhi aaraam nahin karti yeh.. dekhta hun kahaan hai..."

Naina was preparing light lunch for all as rest four of them were busy in watching movie and doing masti....

Naina talking to herself, "yaar yeh dibaa toh uppar hai, mera haath toh nahin jaayega, ek kaam karti hoon, iss stool par chadke utaar leti hoon... sabko kyun disturb karna..."

Naina brings the stool lying at the corner in kitchen and climb on it with holding slab... she was trying to get the box which was still far from her reach.... in all her attempts, suddenly she lost her balance and keep her eyes closed in fear of to fall when two strong hands holds her from back... she opens her eyes and see Sameer standing there holding her from waist and looking at her worriedly.... he silently helps her to gets down from stool holding her tightly, ensuring her safety...
