Naina gets down from auto and came inside to college building when she saw Sameer standing at his usual place, looking to her smilingly. Naina smiled faintly, trying to hide the lingering heaviness in her eyes, "hi, tum yahaan kaise.. class nahin hai kya aaj..."
Sameer : Class toh hai par meri friend nahin thi toh mera bhi man nahin laga...
Naina looked at him for a moment, slightly puzzled, then tried to brush it off lightly, "achha ji... aisa kab se hone laga? College padhne aate ho ya friends ke peeche?"
Sameer shrugged playfully, but his gaze never left her face, "jab se ek khaas friend meri zindagi mein aayi hai... tab se."
Naina's tone held a slight edge, trying to mask what she was feeling, "yeh kya baat hui, Sameer... mere hone ya na hone se kya farq padta hai? Tumhein toh class mein jaana chahiye tha..."
Sameer replied casually, but his words carried a quiet depth, "tumhara pata nahin... par mujhe toh farq padta hai." For a moment, time seemed to pause.
After a brief pause, he spoke softly, "aur sirf farq hi nahin padta... Naina... tumhari fikr bhi hoti hai... jo shayad tumhein batana jaruri hai..."
Naina felt his intense gaze on her—steady, sincere, and impossible to ignore. Her heart skipped a beat, emotions rising that she wasn't ready to face.
Naina turned her face away, pretending to look elsewhere, "yeh sab pata nahin kya bol rahe ho.. voh... actually... mein Principal madam se milkar aati hun, tum class mein jao... hum baad mein baat karenge..."
Naina turned to leave, wanting to escape before her emotions betrayed her. But before she could take another step, Sameer gently held her hand and turned her back to face him.
She looked at him, startled. Sameer spoke softly, yet firmly, "Naina... sorry, par tumhein Principal ne nahin... maine bulaya hai."
Naina's eyes widened in surprise, a hint of hurt mixing with confusion, "par kyun... aisi kya zarurat thi ki tumne mujhe jhooth bolkar ghar se bula liya...? Yeh galat hai na, Sameer..."
Sameer looked at her, his expression earnest, almost pleading—but not weak, "mujhe pata hai yeh galat hai... lekin mein iss ke liye sorry nahin bolunga..."
He paused, his grip on her hand gentle but steady, "agar main aise nahin bulata... toh tum aati hi nahin... aur aaj... aaj mujhe tumse milna bahut zaroori tha."
Naina's eyes flickered, her composure slowly slipping, "Please... mere saath chalo... main batata hoon..."
Before she said anything, he took her towards car and open the front seat door... making her sit comfortably, Sameer gently closed her door and settled into the driver's seat. Without saying anything, he started the car.
Naina sat quietly, her hands folded in her lap, her gaze fixed outside the window. Confusion, surprise... and a trace of uneasiness lingered on her face. She still couldn't understand what was happening or where he was taking her.
Naina : ab hum kahaan ja rahe hai, please itna toh bata do.....
Sameer with mischievous glint in his eyes : tumhein kidnap kar raha hun... aise kaise bata dun ki kahaan chhupaunga .... itna imaandaar kidnapper nahin hun mein...
Naina couldn't help but smile, trying to hide it as she said, "achha... par kya faayda... mere paas toh tumhein dene ke liye kuch hai hi nahin..."
Sameer lovingly looked into her eyes, "hai na... tumhari yeh pyari si hasi... jo kahi kho gayi hai... aur jab tak mujhe voh nahin milegi mein tumhein aazaad nahin karunga" He tried to make it sound like a playful threat, but his eyes revealed the truth behind those words.
