"baby please wake up" i hear mattia whisper. I open my eyes and it's pitch black and i can just about see mattia sitting up on the bed. I try and sit up and a sharp pain shoots through my lower stomach. fuck.
"hey i'm sorry i had to wake you up but" he turns on the lamp and points to the blood surrounding me.
"oh shit i'm so sorry i didn't even-"
"shh it's okay you go to the bathroom and do your thing and i'll change the covers." he said and kissed my head. holy fuck i love him. I took out some black sweatpants and an oversized t shirt and went to the bathroom to get cleaned up. I looked at the clock and it was 5am. When i finished i came out the bathroom and he had finished changing the covers and he looked so tired but he was waiting for me. i came and got into bed next to him and i opened my mouth to say sorry but he stopped me before i could.
"you don't need to say sorry baby, it's not your fault okay" he said and i leaned in and kissed him softly and he wrapped his arms around me and we fell asleep again.
I woke up around 11am and felt that mattia wasn't there. i sighed and turned to my side table and saw a bottle of water , advil , orange juice , slightly cold waffles and a note. i sat up and read the note.
hey sleepy , i hope you're feeling better . i left some stuff on the table so you don't have to get up if you don't want to. my dad wanted to take me out for breakfast today so i'll be back in couple hours. mama told me she wanted to spend time with you and jem today so if you're not too tired later we can do something together. text me if you need me to get anything. i love you. M <3
i smiled and my heart melted and i hugged the note. what did i actually do to deserve him? as i was lost in my thoughts , i heard a knock at the door.
"come in" i said and a happy jemma walked in and sat next to me.
"why are you smiling so much , you're never this smiley when you wake up" she said and i told her what happened last night and then showed her the note.
"awhhh that's actually really cute " she said and put her head on my shoulder.
"also we're going to the mall with mama polibio soon so get ready" she added and i nodded and we went to get ready. i chose a comfy outfit because i really couldn't be asked to look all cute , so i wore this:

After we got changed we went downstairs and mama polibio was waiting for us. She gave us both a hug and we left to go the mall. In the car i decided to text mattia and let him know that i was alive and to say thank you and ask how things were going with his dad. he replied in 5 minutes telling me it was going well and he was glad i was okay and that he would be home later.
"we should all get our nails done!" jemma suggested as we walked in and we all agreed and went to a salon.

After we gout our nails done we went shopping and got some clothes and stuff and then we ate lunch and then came home by 4pm. When we got home mattia and his dad were already home. Mama polibio told us earlier that her and papa polibio were going on a date tonight so she went upstairs to get ready and me and jem went upstairs.
"you're backk" mattia exclaimed as he ran up to me and wrapped himself around me.
"you seem happy , how was the dad date" i asked as i put my shopping in the wardrobe.
"it went well , we caught up on everything and now we're all good , how was the mother in law date" i smiled at the last part of his sentence and told him about the day and showed him my nails. Mattia's parents told us they were leaving and we were all chilling in the living room and then jemma told us she was going to Kai's house so it was just me and mattia left.
"are you tired?" he asked me
"not really , what do you wanna do?"
"i was thinking we could get some dinner and sit under our tree in the park , like a picnic" he said and i nodded and jumped up excitedly.
"yes yes yes let's gooo"
We went to a Mc Donalds drive thru and got our food and then went to the park and found our blossom tree. We sat and ate and spoke for a couple hours until like 8pm and we decided to go home. At home we changed into our pyjamas and sat comfortabley in bed and put on Stranger Things on nextflix.
"i fogot about these wait-" he said and he pulled out a shopping bag full of snacks and chocolates and drinks , just like last time. i looked up at him and smiled and pulled him into a kiss.
"thank you for being the best boyfriend ever"
"it's not hard when i have the best girlfriend ever" this man really knows how to get me emotional oh my god. we cuddled and snacked until jemma came home , around 10pm and we let her join in our snacking session.
A/N- this chapter is probably the cutest thing i've ever written , i find it funny how i have a whole story about romance and yet i've never been in a relationship lmao. neways i hope you enjoyed the chapter and i love you all ♥️
