"we overslept stfu"

I opened my eyes and the light was shining through my blinds. i rolled over and looked at the time. shit.
"TIA GET UP ITS 7:45 WE ARE GONNA BE LATE FOR SCHOOL" I shouted while bashing him with a pillow.
i quickly hopped in the shower and brushed my teeth.
Today was a mufti day in school so we didnt have to wear our uniform but i hadnt taken out an outfit so i threw on blue jeans with small rips on them and a white tshirt and i grabbed mattias black shadowhill hoodie on  my bed and put it on as well. i sprayed some perfume and got my bag. Mattia was already waiting downstairs in black jeans and an addidas tshirt.
"my hoodie looks good on you" he says while smiling and he leans down to kiss me quickly before we leave.
We get to school 20 minutes late and we walk into our first lesson, maths. We start walking to our seats and everyones looking at us and i see jemma wink at me and point at my hoodie. i laugh and everyone gets back to what they're doing.

Me and mattia make our way to the canteen and we see jemma waiting for us. we go and i sit down next to her and mattia opposite me.
"so how comes you two lovebirds were late this morning" she teases.
"we overslept stfu" i say while hitting her.
"hmmm okay" she smirks.
"anyway why do you look so happy" i ask her.
"wait does mattia know about josh" she asks.
"no, lets fill him in. tia josh is this guy jemmas been talking to but he lives far away in canada" i say.
"wait josh who?" he asks.
"josh richards" we say at the same time.
"damn wait i know him!! me and him became friends on tiktok, he told me he was talking to someone but i didnt know who" he says.
"awhh but i dont know if im ever going to see him though like i love talking to him and i really like him but what if it never goes anywhere because we cant see eachother" she says while getting a bit sad.
"no dont say that. you will meet and he clearly likes you too, you might just have to be long distance for a bit before you meet." i say while giving her a hug.
"isn't that what you and mattia are going to have to do when he leaves?" she says, realising he only has a couple more weeks here.
i look at him and then at the table. i dont wanna think about when he leaves but i know its something we have to talk about soon. mattia sees me look away and he reaches his hand across the table to me and i lock my fingers into his and look up at him.
"yeah, we're going to do whatever we have to do to make it work, right?"
"right" i say while a smile spreads across my face.
we talk for the rest of lunch and we decide to invite jemma for a sleepover today becuase well my parents arnt ever here and so mattia can talk to josh and find out more tea for us 😏.
After school we stop at the supermarket to buy snacks and drinks for the sleepover and then we make a stop to jemmas house to get her clothes and then we go home.
we go up to my room and mattia goes to his while we all change into something comfortable. jemma wears a purple hoodie with black leggings and i wear mattias hoodie and change into black leggings as well. mattia knocks on the door to see if we've finished changing and we let him in.
We sit on the bed with jemmas legs on top of mine and mattias arm around me so i basically cant move. We talk some more and mattia tells us about how him and josh started talking and the way they all kinda blew up around the same time. We all start laughing when mattia told us about their sleepovers becuase they never used to let him sleep peacefully.
"you're gonna be hearing me and jem talk and laugh all night so be ready" we say and he laughs.
we order Domino's for dinner and then after dinner mattia and josh face time but we make sure not to tell him jemmas with us becuase we wanna see his reaction.

j - "Mattia bro i missed you! i heard you're in london right now"
m-"yeahh im an exchange student at this school and so i have to stay here for a month"
j-"also i heard you got a girl who is she and why she taking my man"
i start laughing at that and mattia hands me the phone.
y/n-"he's my man now sir, and I've heard that your taking my girl so we have some beef now"
j-"damn, wait YOUR GIRL. hold on, do you know who im talking to!?
y/n-" hmm describe her and I'll see if she sounds familiar"
j-"well she's really sweet and she has beautiful black hair upto her shoulder and really pretty brown eyes and she's like 5"7 and she loves BTS and her favourite drink is Caprisun orange and she loves chocolate cake and she -"
y/n-"damn you really like her dont you"
j-"yeah i do but wait do you know her?"
y/n-"hmm idk let me ask my friend for some help"
j-"okay"
mattia and jemma were silently dying of laughter the whole time and i signaled at jemma to come over.
jem-"yeah idk anyone like that"
j-"JEMMA!! wait what hi, wait you two know eachother and wheres mattia how did he not tell me"
i turned the camera to mattia who was laughing his ass off on the floor.
y/n-"we found out you guys knew eachother today. and yes jemma is my best friend so you ever hurt her imma have to kill you okay"
jem-"hm same for you mattia"
m&j-"we wont"
we all start laughing and talking until josh had to go and we had to start getting into bed.
"tia you gonna have to sleep in your bed by yourself today becuase me and jemma cuddling in my bed" i say and he laughs
"fine then ill just cuddle w my boys on facetime" he smiles. he comes over and kisses me goodnight and spuds jemma.

me and jemma get into bed and start talking about the boys.
"you know, i wasnt sure what mattia was like before today. i knew he was nice and stuff but i didnt really know his well enough to approve but after today i approve becuase he's nice and respectful and he makes everyone lauugh so as long as he never hurts you which i doubt he would, im happy for you both. "she says and she high fives me.
" i think you and josh are cute together. he knows you really well and you both kept making jokes together and he was nice to me and mattia knows hes a good person as well so yeah as long as he doesnt do you wrong im all for you two being together." i say and we both hug eachother.
" i guess we aren't going to be as single as we thought " she says and we laugh.
we talk some more and end up falling asleep at around 12 am.
