We were all sitting at lunch, everyone was in conversation, except Zach and I. I was texting him and he was texting me. We were pulled out of our phones by Isabella.

"Lottie, truth or dare." Since when were we playing truth or dare?

"Um dare?" I always picked dare. I'm too much of a chicken for truth.

"I dare you to go and kiss the most attractive guy in the room." She smirked. I glanced over at Zach, and he reddened.

"Ok." My hands were shaking as I got up and went over to him. "Zach?" He hummed in response and didn't even look at me. "Zachary Dean Herron, look at me!" His gaze turned towards mine and I swear he faltered and looked at my lips.

"Helwo." He looked at me with his big brown eyes. I finally got the courage and I just did it. I pushed my lips onto his and in a millisecond he kissed back. The whole lunch room started applauding. Except Bryan, Hayden, Mallory, and a few others of course.

"Wow." I took a breath and pulled back.

"Mhm." He pulled me into a hug and squeezed me tight.

"Zach. Zach." I called.

"What?" He whispered in my ear.

"I-I can't breathe." I choked out. He released me quickly and everyone went back to their business.

"Sorry." But he grinned nevertheless.

"Took you long enough." Corbyn rolled his eyes before I returned to my seat.

"Corbyn, you cannot even start to say that." Daniel countered.

"Says you." Jack peeped out, but thankfully Emma didn't hear.

"Jack!" Ellie scolded. Emma's head turned towards them with a confused expression. "Nothing." She said quietly and glanced around.

Daniel had his head down, obviously hiding a blush. The table was silent, none of us knew what to do.

"Did I miss something?" Emma blurted out. I glanced at Zach and he gave a small smile which I returned. The bell saved us from answering her. Zach came over to me and grabbed my hand.

"Want to come over tonight?" He smiled. My eyes went wide thinking of possible situations. "Oh no no. For dinner and a movie or something." He face-palmed.
