[Emma's POV]

over two years later

"Emma guess what! We bought concert tickets!" Amelia and Elisa barged into my room. We now shared a house, as we were all going to the same college, UCLA.

I was studying to become a lawyer, Elisa was going to be a nurse, and Amelia, a entrepreneur.

"Oo really?!" I replied and set my computer to the side so it wasn't on my lap anymore. Elisa nodded, and Amelia showed me the slips of paper. "Why Don't We." I read aloud. What a weird name for a band.

"Yes they're soo good!" Amelia gushed.

"She's obsessed with them." Elisa groaned.

"Oh that band." I laughed, knowing exactly who they were talking about. Amelia listened to them every car ride, and a lot at home. I was oddly reminded of Daniel when she made us listen, but brushed it off every time.

"Oh that band." Amelia mocked, while rolling her eyes.

"When's the concert?" I asked, trying to find the date on the tickets.

"Tomorrow." Elisa answered, and pointed it out to me. Today was Friday, so Saturday was the concert.

"Guys I can't go." I told them, sadly.

"Why?!" Amelia shreaked. Elisa and I covered our ears. That girl was loud.

"Please don't make us deaf, Mel." Elisa told her.

"Sorry. But why?!" She said, quieter this time. We removed our hands from our ears, and I told her.

"I have a huge test on Monday, and I need to study." I explained. Amelia shook her head and moved my laptop out of the way, so she could sit.

"Nope." She bluntly said. My eyebrows furrowed, and she continued. "Please please come." She begged, with puppy dog eyes. She knew I couldn't resist them.

"Fine." I rolled my eyes. They would've convinced me anyways. I hated studying.

"Yay!" They cheered and hopped off the bed. Elisa rushed to my closet, and began digging through my clothes.

She grabbed a white cropped t-shirt for me, that had the Beatles on it. She paired it with ripped blue jeans, and my black high top vans.

Next, she got clothes for Amelia. She got a yellow tank top, and jean shorts. Amelia then jumped off my bed and into her own closet. She came back holding a white 'Why Don't We' hoodie and her signature white converse. They were high tops too.

Elisa then got a pair of black jean shorts for herself, and a red and white checkered shirt. She would probably wear her vans with that.

In less than five minutes, the girl had picked out clothes for us to wear for a concert, that wasn't until tomorrow.

"Wait Lisa, should I wear Beatles merch to another band's concert?" That seemed a little awkward to me. She shrugged, and began to straighten out the clothes on my hardwood floor.

"No it's fine Emma, they sometimes sing Beatles songs." Amelia told me. I nodded and set the cropped shirt down on the floor with the jeans.

"Movie night?" Elisa suggested after she had the clothes wrinkle free. Amelia and I nodded, and the three of us rushed to the couch and collapsed on it.
______________

"Shh it's starting!" Amelia squealed as Why Don't We's introduction played. Elisa and I quieted down, but there were girls screaming, everywhere. The intro finished, and the whole building went quiet.

Suddenly, lights flashed and five boys appeared on stage. We were close enough to see their faces, but couldn't because of the lights behind them. The left most male began to sing. He was the shortest of the five, and had an amazing voice.

"We're supposed to be together, you ain't thinking straight. I got a place where we can you and ease your stress away. A couple times I came around and you was M.I.A. It's kinda hard to be in love when we're in different states."

"Feel some type of way. I ain't tryna play. You got options, I got options, but you're here with me. Spent some time away. Now I'm here to stay. Life ain't stopping, girl whats poppin? What's it gonna be?" The right most male sang. He was one of the tallest, almost the same height as the boy in the middle.

The music started pumping through my veins and I began to sing along to the lyrics I could figure out. I jumped up and down with Amelia and Elisa.

"Choose, I'm just saying, what you wanna do?" The tallest one started. He was the second one on the left side. "Choose, I just dropped down in your city too. Choose, let me put you onto something new. Choose, ain't no telling what we get into."

Now the five boys harmonized, saying 'choose' over and over again with other little add-ins as well.Next the second boy to the left, the second shortest, sang.

"So is it stayin or coming? It shouldn't be a discussion. All of these girls, we runnin around and I still be craving your loving. Center stage no bluffing, interstate we buzzing, touchdown, now taking off. So what, you all or nothing?" He sang.

The boys repeated what they had before, and then came the bridge.

"Cause you got it, I want it, no time to waste. I got what you want so come here to me. Cause you got it, I want it, no time to waste. I got what you want so come here to me." The one in the middle sounded exactly like Daniel. It couldn't be him. Right?

The song finished, and they started with another. I recognized this one as 'Big Plans'. It was one of Amelia's favorites. That song finished as well, and then the men introduced themselves.

"I'm Jack." The shortest said.

"I'm Corbyn." The second singer spoke. Corbyn? Jack? What?

"I'm Jonah." The tallest said. We're they all in a band? What?

"I'm Zach." The second shortest said.

"I'm Daniel!" Daniel? What?

"And we're Why Don't We!" They spoke in unison. The lights finally switched, so we could see their faces. It was definitely them. I couldn't believe it. How?
