Ryan goes by the boarding house when Elena leaves and she heads down to the cellar, and looks in on Stefan. She says nothing as he sits on the cot Damon out in. Stefan looks up.
"That was you during the miss Mystic events, wasn't it?" Stefan asks.
"Yeah," Ryan replies. "Elena had a small cold."
"Thank you for doing that for her," Stefan says.
"She's my sister, of course," Ryan replies. "I'd do that and more."
"It's been a few nights," Stefan says. "Are you and Damon..."
"He's still acting as if the kiss never happened," Ryan says. "If I don't find someone to kiss me, I'm gonna dry out."
Stefan makes a face. "I didn't need to hear that in that voice."
Ryan snickers. "Sorry. At least you know it's me."
Ryan goes upstairs and she sits on Damon's lap randomly. Damon hums and he wraps his arms around her torso when his phone rings. Ryan grabs it.
"Hello?" Ryan says giggling as Damon nibbles at her arm.
"Ryan?" Alaric says.
"Dad!" Ryan squeals and Damon furrows his brows at the girl. "Why are you calling Damon?"
"Can I talk to him, Ryan?" Alaric asks.
Ryan pouts. "Fine. I love you, too, Asshole."
Ryan gives Damon his phone and she goes to Damon's drink table. She pours herself some whiskey whole Damon talks to Alaric about digging and stuff on John. Ryan can't stand him, even if he is her biological father. He's almost as bad as Isobel, but at least John cares.
Damon grabs Ryan's face when he gets off the phone. "Your dad wants you and me on a road trip."
Ryan smiles. "He offered for little ole' me to come?"
"Go grab your stake and come on," Damon grunts.
Ryan kisses Damon's cheek tenderly with a hand on his cheek. "Thinking if that kiss is driving me wild," she whispers before going upstairs.
Damon growls lowly as he watches Ryan walk away. <><><><><>
Alaric, Ryan, and Damon end up in Grove Hill. They walk into an app art ent building. The trio keep walking until they reach a door.
