Katerina Petrova is delivering a baby, pushing as her mother helps her.
"A little more, dearest, a little more," Mrs. Petrova says in Bulgarian. "Push... a little more. A little more. Push!"
Katerina screams as she pushes and she delivers a baby.
"It's a girl," the mother of Katerina says in Bulgaria.
"A girl," Katerina coos in Bulgarian. "Please mother, let me see her."
"Woman, don't!" Mr. Petrova demands. "What are you doing?"
"Let me hold her once..." Katerina pleads as Mrs. Petrova gives her granddaughter to her husband. "Just once."
"Forget it!" The father of Katerina demands. "You have disgraced this family." *****

Ryan and Elena go to the boarding house when Bonnie and Caroline go ahead and leave. Damon is the one to open the door and let them in..
"Hello, Ryan," Damon greets. "Elena."
"Is Stefan here?" Ryan asks. "He called. Said it was important."
"Right this way," Damon says.
"Hey, guys," Stefan greets as he walks up to where the twins are.
"What is this?" Ryan asks. "You ruined some perfectly bonding time between me and my sister."
Rose walks in and she halts when she sees two doppelgängers.
Ryan shrieks. "Rose! Hi!"
"There's two?!" Rose exclaims. "Holy shit!"
Ryan smirks. "I know, right?"
Elena nudges her, smiling. The two go o into the living room and sit with each other, Stefan sits on the other side of Elena. Rose is talking about someone named Klaus. Ryan doesn't know rather to be intrigued by him or not.
Apparently, Elijah was the Easter bunny compared to Klaus. Ryan is curious to see what the hype eas about but if she and Elena were a part of breaking this curse, Ryan isn't sure she 'wants' to meet Klaus. It makes her nervous.
