we had to stop by carter's hotel to get the new information about giovanni

i doubt they'll even tell me and i had to beg joey to let me come. he told me to stay home because every time i come to the hotel it never ends well

i still haven't answered leo's text from last night. maybe joey was right, i should've stayed home

i practically told him to let me come or i'm leaking the address to our new house, he finally gave up and let me come with him

it was funny seeing everyone's reaction when i came into the hotel. carter was confused, leo was mad as always, alex didn't car, geo looked worried, and david... playing video games

"what is she doing here? i thought we agreed she can't come" carter stands from the couch and walks over to us

joey stands in front of me, "because she has every right to be here"

carter looks at me then back at joey, "she can't be seen here"

i close the door behind me, "too bad" i move away from joey and walk inside, sitting down on the couch next to david

david looks at me, "are we even surprised that she came? she always gets her way"

lexi walks into the kitchen and stops when she notices me. she whispers something to leo and looks down

is she ignoring me?

oh come on she can't be mad at me for telling jeremiah. that is my best friends baby, i have ever right to tell him

she walks back into one of the rooms and my jaw drops. i stand from the couch and leo blocks me with his arm

"what are you gonna do?" i push his hand away

"can you just listen to us.. for once?" leo sighs

"what do you mean? i'm always listening to you guys" i scoff

"elena sit down" joey says and i turn around and walk back to the couch with my arms crossed

i just want to talk to lexi, see if she's okay. after all i was the only one who saved her and checked up on her at the hospital, not to forget that i even took care of her son for weeks

i don't remember seeing any of them do anything for lexi. i deserve to talk to her!

joey, carter, geo, and alex are sitting at the table with a whole bunch of maps and pictures

while i am sitting down next to david as he plays call of duty, on the couch

this is annoying. i stand from the couch and walk over to the table, pulling out a chair and sitting on it

carter stops talking when he sees me and all eyes were now on me. i ignore the dirty looks and look down at the maps

"carter i will shoot you in the head right now if you don't stop acting like that" joey threatens

carter rolls his eyes, "i just can't believe you guys bought a house in who knows where while we are looking for your kids"

"we're here right now" joey says, "now stop getting mad at what elena and i do. we're both on the same page, stop trying to rip it out"

"okay, anyway... if your mom moved to belgium 16 years ago and ethan moved to london 4 years ago. wouldn't you think that gives ethan enough time to find your mom?" geo questions

"4 years? i doubt it" joey says

"maybe i can find out" once those words came out my mouth they all turn there head to me, again
