Haileys pov
It's Thursday and it's been six days of me and Isaac slowing things down. We talk sometimes and we still text but not nearly as much as we used to and we haven't been to each other's houses really. I was skipping school today because I woke up with a fever and a headache and my body was aching all over.

Rorys pov
"Hey is Hailey not here today" Isaac asked "no she's sick" "is she okay" "yea it's not serious but she couldn't get out of bed this morning so she wanted to rest" "have you talked to her" "about what" "us" "not really she doesn't like talking about it" "okay but did she tell you I did something. I don't know I just don't get why she would want to slow down unless she wanted to break up and besides she told me she didn't know if I was good for her" "you didn't do anything okay. Look Hailey is really insecure and she overthinks everything and she doesn't think she can be happy and you make those things really easy for her, so she's suspicious. She thinks whatever happened with you and Isabella could end up happening to you and her and she doesn't want to get hurt so she thinks if she figures it out herself she can end things and she won't be heartbroken" "but why doesn't she trust me" "like I said you make it easy to. With everything you have going on I would've at least thought you had one or two instincts to hurt her but you don't. You're not dating me so I can accept that and Hailey will come around. I know it's not fair to you but just be patient with her because I know she needs you" "yea I'm trying. Thanks" "yea no problem".

Haileys pov
I was sleeping on the couch when I heard the front door close.
"Isaac" I asked as he walked into the living room "I heard you were sick so I bought soup and or ice cream" "oh definitely the ice cream you're a life saver, thank you" "my pleasure, let me get you a spoon" he said.
"How are you feeling" he asked sitting on the opposite side of the couch as I sat legs crossed facing him and started eating the ice cream "okay just tired" "sorry I didn't come earlier I had detention" "detention for what" "I may have hit this kid" "what kid" "Levi" "why" "he tried to sleep with Dixie because people told him she was a slut" "oh my god is she okay" "yea she is" "well how've you been" "okay, could be better but you know" "I'm sorry" "don't be sorry, be sure" "I'm just still figuring things out" "listen Hailey. I am going to make you my wife one day, take all the time you need to figure it out" "you make me want to kiss you" "I'm not stopping you" "I'm sick and I don't want to get you sick" "okay okay" he said as I smiled at him.
"I've missed your smile" he said "I've missed you" "hey you brought your dress didn't you" "yea it's upstairs" "come on" he said standing up. He picked me up bridal style and carried me upstairs putting me on the bed before going over to the closet.
"You're going to look so beautiful in this" he said turning to me holding it out in front of him "thank you. I'm gonna be a bridesmaid" "really" "yea, Katie asked so I said yea" "well I'm sure she's happy you said yes. Are you okay with it" "sort of but I'll be fine on the day" "okay".
We talked for a little while longer then he left me to get some rest.

Gios pov
I didn't get home until 140am and I was dead tired. I went to my room since I didn't see anyone up. I showered and put on some boxers. I was sitting on the side of the bed on my phone when there was a knock on the door.
"Gio are you up" Noel said "yea come in" "hey, you just getting in" she asked "yea not too long ago, are you okay" "can't sleep" "something wrong" "no just not tired" "oh okay" I said before she walked towards me and sat on my lap straddling my legs facing me.
"What are you doing Noel" "I'm sorry about what happened between us" "you already apologized" "I know but I'm still sorry" "I said I forgave you but it doesn't change anything" "I miss you" "Noel-" I said before she kissed me. Something came over me and it was like I was in a trance all over again. She pushed me backwards as my hands went to the back of her thighs. We were making out, her tongue slipping into my mouth and my hands exploring her once familiar body. She moved to kissing my neck as her hands ran through my hair.
"Okay stop" I said pushing her to the side and standing up "what" "I have a girlfriend and you know that" "I need you" "no you don't" "why are you with her" "because I like her. She's gorgeous and she's amazing and sweet and caring and fun. She's special to me" "I thought I was special to you" "you were and honestly you still are but not that way. I don't like you anymore and I can't do to Rory what you did to me" "you already cheated on her" "I know. From the second I touched you I messed up but I'm not gonna let it go any further. Please get out" "Gio" "Noel I mean it" "I'm sorry" she said before leaving.
