"What can you say about my guy best friend?", I asked Gerlie one time after I scored her and Frankie a blind date. Both of them were single and I think they'd be a great couple if ever they'd be on a romantic relationship.

"Is that Frankie, the one you were telling me, Beb?", Sam asked as she tried to steal some fries from my plate. We are now on the cafeteria of the company we were hired in as intern.

"Yup Sammie", I glared playfully at her, "And stop stealing my fries", which she only laughed at.

"Well, he's fine. He's a good talker and he's funny", Gerlie smiled a little.

"Type mo?", Sam moved her eyebrows up and down towards Gerlie, "He's gwapo. Czai showed me his photo"

"Yeah... I mean he's gwapo, he's smart, he talks smart as well, he's gentleman, he's..... actually...", she paused, looking shy while we anticipated what she's going to say next, "he's asking me out again, this weekend... and I said yes", she blushed and bit her lip in an instant.

That made Sam and I shrieked because of too much excitement and kilig. Gerlie told us what they did on their first date and how the night ended for them. I was just so happy that my two great friends seemed to liked each other at first sight. Well, both of them are too likable, there's no doubt in that.

We spent our last semester in fifth year being an intern on our chosen company as part of our curriculum. Sam, Gerlie and I applied in the same company while Edzel and his friends were altogether as well.

The work we had was hard, it was challenging but I was enjoying it since we really liked what we were doing. The bosses were good and the employees are very welcoming and helpful to us. They've been assisting us to what we should do and what we shouldn't. They even made us feel that we are part of the company eventhough we were just their intern.

On the other hand, Edzel seemed also enjoying in their company. They were visiting different sites which he always tells me every night at home. He always looks excited and happy whenever he tells me about what they were doing. He looks so passionate with it and I know that he really loved his work.

I was also so proud because he was awarded as one of the best interns in their company. The structural company they were in was even offering them jobs as a junior staff in their civil engineering department and that made me even proud not only to him but also to Miah, Carlton and Andrew.

It was our graduation month and we were so busy complying to all our requirements. We had our photo shoot two weeks ago for our graduation picture and my favorite part was when we asked the photographer to get a shot of Edzel and I together. He even uploaded that as our IG account's new display photo and followed our friends IG accounts.

"Congrats, Baby", I heard Edzel whispered on my ear while I was standing in front of the bulletin board here in Chemical Engineering building, "You made it!"

I looked at him with wide smile on my lips. We just confirmed that I am one of the cum laudes in our batch. Gerlie and Sam were cum laudes too that's why we were so happy.

"Thank you, love!", I held his hand and he intertwined our fingers, "How about in your course? May lumabas na rin bang announcement?"

"Meron na siguro yun. Tingnan natin", Carlton was the one who answered. We all headed to their building and saw some students flocking in front of their announcement board.
