"Good morning." bati sa akin ni Vlad nang makita ako.

Sabado ngayon at walang pasok kaya nag-aya si Vlad na mamasyal kami mall.

"So what do you have in mind?" He asked again after he start the car.

"Let's watch a movie." I suggested.

Vlad holds my hand and kissed the back of my palm. "That sounds nice Angel."

Angel.

I really don't know why he keep on calling me Angel. It sounds so romantic but I couldn't stop thinking that it might be another person's name.

"Why do you keep on calling me Angel? It's not my name Vlad."

"Because you're simply an angel for me. The first time i met you, I knew I wouldn't forget you.. even your voice, it's so angelic." Nakangiting paliwanag nito.

"Ako ba niloloko mo? Sa laki ng boses kong ito angelic?" Hindi ako makapaniwala sa kaniyang sinabi.

"That's the truth Eliss. Fuck, you don't know what torture you give me back then. Kung hindi lang sana ako naconfused sa feelings ko sayo noon, sana niligawan agad kita."

"Tss you're making me blush like a woman." Nahihiyang sabi ko.

"Stop saying that. You're a woman Eliss, and you're an amazing one."

Hindi na lamang ako umimik sa sinabi niya. Shit legit, I'm blushing now. I just kept on looking outside the window avoiding his gaze. I don't want to embarrass myself. He'll just make fun of me.

When we arrived at the mall, we headed right away to the cinema.

"Eto na lang panoorin natin." Turo ni Vlad sa isang romantic movie habang nakaakbay sa akin.

"What no!" Tanggi ko dito at tinuro ang movie sa tabi nito. "Let's watch this instead. I hate romantic movies."

"Pero ayoko ng horror."

"Don't tell me you're--" hindi natuloy ang sasabihin ko dahil pinigilan niya ako.

"Fine let's watch horror just don't call me coward." Dumiretso na siya sa counter to buy a ticket for two.

Napatawa ako sa kaniyang sinabi. "You said it yourself Vlad. You're a coward."

Agad namang sumimangot ang mukha nito kaya natatawa ako habang papasok kami sa loob.

Sa taas kami umupo, ayoko sa malapit ang sakit sa mata sa sobrang laki ng screen. Nang makapwesto na kami ay binigay sa akin ni Vlad ang popcorn na binili niya.

Ilang sandali pa nagsimula na ang pelikula. It's not that scary at all. May mga times lang talaga na mabibigla ka sa tuwing lalabas ang killer ng hindi mo inaasahan.

"Ahh!" Sigaw namin nang hinahabol na ngayon ng killer ang bida.

I looked at Vlad when he is not even reacting. That's when I realized he was shivering in fear. His eyes are even closed.

Pinataas ko ang arm na humaharang sa amin at lumapit sa kaniya. I grab his hand to ease his fear. Humarap siya sa akin.

"No need to be afraid Vlad. It's just a movie."

I tried to convince him but he's still scared.

"Hey open your eyes. You look like a five year old kid you know that? I won't give you kiss if you're still acting like that." I warned him this time.
