The boys were scattered around Larrys garage, it's the first time I've spent time with them in a few days but none of us were bothered about that as we've spent everyday together for the past few years and we'd be leaving in two days anyway. I went round for a chippy for to tell them about what happened because I knew at least one of them would be able to give me decent advice. Benji probably would've had the best advice but he was with Liz so I had to settle with what I had.

"You should go round and see her mate, you've not got the time to leave it" Said Bondy. He's right, I'll just regret not sorting it because all the time we will have spent not speaking could be time spent doing stuff together and that's something I'll regret when we're on the road again.

"'Av yous shagged?" Larry asks, Bob gives him al elbow to the side as it's clearly not the right time to be asking that.

"Yeah, few days ago when we got back you nosey prick" I was clearly joking but not about the fact Larrys nosey, he's my bets friend but sometimes I don't want to share absolutely everything with him. Especially not things like shagging my girlfriend.

"Van I'd go see Olivia just now, leave it nay later and she might go out but she'll probably be making supper or something just now"

I take Bobs advice and start making my way down to Olivias. What do I even say? Sorry for being nice about your ex who was emotionally abusive towards you? Sorry for calling the man who treated you like a puppet a nice man and shaking there was no hard feelings between us? Scott treated Olivia horribly and I hated knowing that someone was like that to her, I was supposed to be the man who showed her that she deserves more than that and I've just done a pretty shit job of it.

When I arrive at her door I pause for a minute or two before knocking, trying to figure out what I'm going to say to her. Maybe it's best if I just let it come out and not think about it. I know it never works out because everything I say without thinking ends up being wrong but maybe this time will be different. Eventually I pluck up the courage to knock and within a couple seconds Liv is standing at the door with her arms crossed.

"Can we talk Liv?" I ask. She pushes her door open wider, inviting me in but I decided wait and follow her through as I'm not feeling like I should be waltzing into her house like it's nothing at the moment. Liv walks through to the living room, running a hand through her short brown hair as she sits down on the corner of her sofa, I follow and sit down not too close to her but close enough that I can reach for her.

"Olivia I'm so sorry, I can't believe what I said and I regret it. It must've hurt you so much hearing me say he's actually surprisingly nice and stuff because he's not nice, he's a fucking arsehole and of course he's going to be civil with me in person, that just makes him human, not a nice person. Olivia I'm sorry"

A small smile appeared on her face after I rambled on about how sorry I was. She reached for my hand and gave it a squeeze which made me feel relieved, clearly she wasn't holding grudges.

"It's okay, I know you didn't mean it and I just let me emotions get the better of me. Honestly it's fine, we've not got time to be having stupid arguments like this" Up she stood and came and sat on my lap, normally she's not one to be showing affection all the time as she's not really received much of it in previous relationships. I grip one hand on her thighs while the other is placed loosely on her back.

"I know babe, I'll miss you. Have you eaten?"

"Yeah I had toast, not feeling too good"

"I'll make you feel better" I whisper into her ear jokingly, her eyes widen as if I've just told her I've killed somebody which makes us both burst into a fit of laughter. "Anyway-"

I'm interrupted by the sound of my phone ringing but it's just Benji and he phones me all the time, usually he's only phoning to tell me stuff like manchester united taking on a new player or something so I didn't answer. He wouldn't mind as he knows I'm with Liv and I'll see him soon anyway. My phone starts ringing again so I decide to just answer it.

"I need to speak to you all, we're meeting at the seats next to the beach. Van I need you to be there" Benji sounded serious, I hope he wasn't planning on leaving us. He's been there through the whole journey and we've only just started to make something of ourselves, I won't cope without him.

"I'm at Livs, mate"

"Bring her I don't mind, just be there in 10 okay?"

He hung up the phone before I had the chance to even say anything. Maybe somethings happened with Liz? I hope not, they've been together for like two years now and it will absolutely ruin him if they've split up.

"Sorry Liv, Benji needs to see us urgently and I'd normally say no but he said he needs me there, sounded serious and all. You can come though babe" Liv shoots back a reassuring smile and nods her head.

We start walking down to the beach hand in hand and smoking a quick ciggy before we meet the lads, Liv sporting her typical black boots and leather jacket combo that nobody else seems to be able to pull off. It's actually a really nice evening, not many clouds in the sky and you can see the sun set clearly. When we arrived Larry, Bob and Bondy were already there but I don't think Benji said anything as they looked just as confused as me and Liv.
