I wonder if some of you are confused because you didn't read every chapter. I mean I can see the read count and some chapters have really high reads and some have low reads.

It's not really my problem but if you don't get it cause you didn't read it, then I can't really do much to help you understand what I wrote if you never read it in the first place.

Also this is the second last chapter.

Btw, last chapter would be on the second week of a
August. I have a whole lot of tests on the first week.

Anyway, enjoy the chapter then.

P. S. Its 2am as i write this so don't mind me and mistakes while i study and write this at the same time.

"You can't pretend forever Taehyung." Jimin breathes. "I don't know what you're talking about." Taehyung folded his arms in front of his chest. Jimin glared at the scientist who is standing in front of him.

Jimin knows well enough about Taehyung's mentor's thinking, given that he was initially under Taehyung's mentor. Jimin also knows that Taehyung looks up the that man who had completely destroyed his friend. He is basically dead meat here.

He regrets waking up.

Taehyung makes his way over to Jimin as he takes a bunch of keys out from his pocket and unlock the chains that restrain Jimin. Jimin doesn't do anything but just stand there. He looks at Taehyung with a blank look. He had learnt to be neutral in the past 5 years of repeating the same goddamn story for at least over 100 times.

Taehyung quirk his brow at Jimin, "What is it?" Jimin just kept quiet, not saying anything but he still looks at Taehyung.

Yoongi walks in with a clipboard. "I'll talk to Jimin now." Yoongi says as he looks up. He seem a little shaken but overall still okay. He seem to sense the tension between the two younger ones. Yoongi makes his move and goes to hold Jimin's hands to pull the younger away and into his office.

Taehyung didn't follow them, he didn't stop them either.

"What's wrong between you and Taehyung? I don't think you should have any reason to hate him." Yoongi states in his usual monotone voice.

"You should stay out of this. You would only get hurt if you know what actually happens." Jimin keeps his warning short. He doesn't want any of them to know what is happen. He is as broken as he could get, but the rest of them are sheltered and in the dark. It is simply better that way.

"You really couldn't tell me what's going on between the two of you?" Yoongi looks over at Jimin as they stop in front of the door that leads to his office.

"I really can't. You're definitely safer without knowing." Jimin sighs. Yoongi is so damn persistent in real life. Jimin can't keep up.

"We want to make you the first subject of our new treatment but we have to go through a series of questions to see if you are suitable for the new treatment." Yoongi opens the door and allow Jimin to enter. Yoongi enters after Jimin and closing the door behind him.

They sat down right opposite of each other.

Jimin did nothing. He just looked around the room which had little trinkets here and there. There were some photo frames and a whole lot of reference books. There were plants and a small piano at the side.

Yoongi is really hardworking and kind in this world, not some cold hearted killer in his made up memories. "So, you comfortable so far staying here?" Yoongi tried to clear the awkwardness between them. He doesn't know why but Jimin put up his guard really high with all of them.

"How can anyone be comfortable staying here, in this prison?" Jimin looked at Yoongi straight in the eye as he asked this question with a very obvious answer.

"I know, I know." Yoongi flips through some papers. Jimin was pretty much as good as dead a few days ago. Jimin never intended to wake up if not for his annoying self.

"It's very simple. Just answer all the questions here."  Yoongi placed a pen and paper in front of Yoongi. "Are you not scared that I will kill you with this blunt pen?" Jimin looks at Yoongi with a mysterious smile plastered on his face.

"I guess no, I'm not exactly scared. I have seen worse things happening." Jimin did nothing to say more and just completed the questionnaire.

Yoongi looked over him with non-judgemental eyes, with no ill-intent. It is like the older is looking at a friend. Jimin placed the questionnaire back down the table after finish and looked at Yoongi.

"Stay away from Taehyung. He is not safe." Jimin said, looking all serious. Yoongi looked a little unsettled after Jimin said that but he still nodded slightly. "I'll keep that in mind." Yoongi grip onto his clipboard.

Yoongi doesn't know what is going on, but he definitely doesn't want to see whatever is about to happen to play out.

I fell asleep writing half of this, then I woke up at 7 to continue writing this. I'm so sleepy. Well I have more school work to do. Its 8.25 I really need sleep.

Next chapter is the last chapter :)
