And like the magnificent entrance I desearve, I walk up to her.

To my pathetic excuse for a mother.

The mother who, even with her oh so amazing powers, let me get taken from Asgard. The mother who didn't come back for me.

She left me all alone.

But I have been saved.

And I will soon be put on a throne, the universe at my fingertips.

She looks up at me with wide, confused eyes. I watch patiently as she takes me in, as the gears turn in her head.

And then they click.

Hello, Mother.

I smile down at her as she steps away from me, realizing who I am.

I knew it wouldn't be hard for her. I looked very much like my fath-, Like Loki. And a mother never forgets her son.

Not even after 20 years.

She still looks the same, her immortal blood protecting her from the impending doom of age.

She covers her mouth with her hand, and I make a point of looking at Loki, as he's occupied at the moment. I smile at him, and I see he immediately recognizes me.

I am vaguely aware of Thanos watching us. So is Nebula, her head raised high and curious. She got the satisfaction of throwing my sister into the Dungeon. No one comes out of there. The least she can do is let me have my own satisfaction. Anna's breathing has gotten faster, and her face paler.

She's just another piece of the puzzle, I tell myself.

I glance at Thanos, only breifly, but enough to see him nod, sending me my cue.

Before she has a chance to fully collect her thoughts, I whip out the knife from the back of my trousers and rush towards the mother who abandoned her child.
