When noon rolled around, I got ready so I could teleport to Bakugo and Kirishima's. I already changed into dark blue skinny jeans and a black hoodie that had a sunflower embroidered in the middle of the chest. I glanced into the bedroom and saw that Chi was still fast asleep. Since he knew what I was going to do, I figured that I didn't have to leave a note or anything like that. I went down to the front door and slipped on a pair of boots before teleporting to the outside of their apartment. I knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer it. I heard it unlock before it began to open slowly. My attention was caught by Yoshiro greeting me at the door rather than Kirishima.
"Y/N!" Yoshiro said with a big smile before running to me and grabbing onto my leg.
I bent down and picked him up, setting him on my hip, "Come on, let's go in so you don't get cold." I closed the door behind me as I asked the little black, spikey haired boy, "Where's your fathers?"
"Shitty hair is sleeping on the floor by their bedroom door while daddy's in their room." he explained as I kicked my boots off.
I sighed to myself, 'He must have learned that from Bakugo.'
I poked at his tummy, "Don't call your dad that."
"Shitty hair?" he questioned innocently.
I nodded my head, "Yes, stop saying that."
"Okay." he said with a smile, leaving it at that.
I walked in as I asked him, "Why aren't you at school?"
"Someone got sick and gave it to my classmates. Daddy doesn't feel safe with me going to school for a couple weeks, so I get to go to school at home!" he explained in an excited tone.
I shook my head, "I swear that you're never in school."
He smiled, "Yeah, I miss a lot of school."
I then looked to see that Kirishima was sleeping on the floor, leaning against their bedroom door. His knuckles were severely bruised and the door looked like it had taken some damage; not to mention that he looked worn out. Once Yoshiro noticed that I saw Kirishima, he put his little arms around my neck and hugged me.
"They were hollering last night. That was the first time that I heard dad holler." he said in a sad tone.
I rubbed his back, "That was the first time that you heard Kirishima holler?"
He nodded his head and said sadly, making it sound like he was going to cry, "Yeah, he sounded hurt." I began to walk towards Yoshiro's room as he went on, "He's been sleeping in the living room again because daddy won't let him in their room. Usually dad always smiles, but now when he does, he looks like he's going to cry."
'Man, kids really do know how to read human emotions pretty well.'
I put him down on the floor once I was in the middle of his room as he continued, "I want to help him smile a happy smile. I don't want either of them to get hurt or holler."
I bent down to his level and said with a smile, "Don't worry, I'll fix whatever is wrong. No one will argue or show a sad smile." He smiled but then it instantly went away as soon as we both heard his stomach growl. I giggled as I asked, "Have you eaten anything yet today?" He shook his head. "No?" I stood up and put out my hand, "Well then, let's get you something to eat." He took my hand and followed me back to the kitchen area. "So, what to you want to eat?"
He thought about it before he said loudly as he raised his fists above his head, "I want salmon!"
"You better be a little quieter so you don't wake your dad up." I said quietly.
