Chapter 37: A little fun hurt no one

(Just a little heads up, this chapter is just a wee bit on the NSFW side [maybe?]. It's more of a lime, not really lemon scented -if you catch my drift- but it's just showing deep affection between lovers. If you want to skip the lovey-dovey stuff, you can just go ahead and skip this chapter. The next one is A-okay. There's no need to worry about missing a part of the story, it'll still make perfect sense if you skip this one. *Hands reader a lime scented potato with a drawn on winking face*)

I woke up the next morning a little earlier than what I was planning. I wanted to sleep in until nine or ten at the earliest, but as it turned out, about seven o'clock was the cut off point. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom in a sluggish manner. I was tired, yet my body wouldn't let me fall asleep again. I gathered up a pair of dark blue skinny jeans and a dark grey hoodie that had three cats on the chest. I quickly washed my face, brushed my teeth, flat ironed my hair and got changed before I left. When I woke up, Chi was still in bed, but when I walked out of the bathroom, he was no longer there. I looked around and couldn't find him anywhere.

'Where could have he gone?'

He probably figured that his side chick was lonely so he decided to ditch you.

'Fuck off.'

Just as I slid open the door and I was to walk out of our room, I bumped into him as he was going to walk back in. I yelped quietly at the sudden surprise and closed my eyes, but then opened them as I looked up to him.

"You gotta bump into me more often~." Chi said with a smirk before kissing me on the top of my head. "Where are you off to?"

"I dunno, kitchen probably?" I said since I myself wasn't too sure where I was going to go. "It's too early to head over to Bakugo and Kirishima's just yet, so I'll wait until about noon again."

He picked me up, slid the door closed behind him, and began to walk back to the bed, "Well then, how about we snuggle in bed. It's super cold out today, so let's stay warm together." He sat me on the bed before walking over to the dresser and taking out a pair of his black sweatpants and tossed them to me. "Put them on. They're more comfortable than jeans." I stood up and began to change quickly. "Besides, you'll have plenty of time later to change." Once I had them on and was going to go back and sit on the bed, Chi put his hand up to his chin and hummed.

"What is it?" I asked.

A mischievous grin grew on his face before he turned to the dresser again. As he turned back around, he threw a pair of his shorts at me. "Put those on instead."

I picked them up so I could change into those. "What next? Do you want me to change into a different shirt too?"

"Want to?"

"No, I'm good. I'm comfy in my hoodie." I said as I sat down. "Man, your clothes have gotten baggier on me."

He joined me on the bed, "Well duh, you've lost so much weight." He picked me up and sat me in front of him so I was sitting between his legs. "I have to fatten you up."

"Nah, I don't wanna be heavy looking." I said as I crossed my arms.

"Come on, babe. When you first woke up, you were almost just skin and bones. Now you're starting to look more like your old self, which is a little healthier." he said before kissing the side of my neck. He pulled the blanket up to my chin and held me close. I was starting to get warm, so I now understood why he had me change into shorts; but why his though?

"Why did you make me wear your shorts?" I asked.

He hunched over a little so he was closer to my level and said quietly by my ear, "It would be a little big on you..." He put his cold hand on my leg and began to rub it, gently tracing his fingers over my scars. "so I can feel you a little better." His hand slowly made its way up the shorts so his hand was on my thigh. "Good thing that Rei is still on I-island."
