Levi x Reader (Humanity's Strongest x Humanity's Weakest)

Chapter 2

As I sat between the wall and the house, the only exit that I can see is where I fell.

I feel so trapped, those things are out there probably waiting for me to crawl out of my hiding place.

I look down at my 3DMG to find the hooks are more than broken, adjusting it won't save this gear anymore.

I heard the wood of the house creak, I felt my heart clench in fear then I heard...

ZIIIIIIP!

The cries of titans are heard along with the sound of a 3DMG.

My eyes widen in hope and sure enough a hooded figure jumps down in front of me.

He kneels down to me and takes off his hood examining my watery eyes, "Tch, I was wondering why a group of titans were surrounding this house", the man was none other than Levi.

"I-I'm so sorry", I say as I turn my gaze to the ground, his eyes tense as his eyes travel to my gear.

"Cadet, how did you even break the hooks?", he asks I pointed to the sky where I fell, "When I hit the ground", I say.

Levi takes it upon himself to unstrap and take off the 3DMG on me, he stood up and says in an angry tone, "Stand Cadet", I did as he said he pulls me close, turns to the house my heart pounding in my ears.

"Hold on", he says and with that he fling us into mid air out of the gap between the house and the wall.

I hold on tightly to his shirt burying my face in his chest scared that titans were going to snatch us yet I had the feeling safety in his warmth.

He takes me to the top of the wall and finally let's go, I however was stuck to go him like glue, frightened.

Levi looks down at my pathetic figure and catches Erwin's smug look from a house below.

"Brat, let go you're safe now", Levi growls I immediately let go flustered, "S-Sorry!", I yelp feeling intimidated under his cold gaze.

I lean to look down over the wall, I see my group swinging from place to place in the city, suddenly a firm hand falls on my shoulder, "Cadet, you won't be fighting anymore today consider me disappointed in your actions" Levi says, I gulp nervously.

"I will speak to you back at HQ", Levi says but before he jumps off the wall he stops and says, "Stay on the wall if you want to stay alive".

~Back at HQ~
I sat with my best friend Annie in the dinning room at dinner time, she was always protective of me I think something about my innocence gave her a reason to be like an older sister not to mention we kind aknew eachother from kids.

A few other cadets however think that Annie might rub off on me in a wrong way the more I hang out with her but I don't listen to them.

"Well we managed to reseal the hole in Wall Maria but I still question Y/N, why does the corporal want to speak with you?", Annie asks in a bored tone, I shrug as I ate a carrot, Annie gives me a side look before she started eating again.

It was silent for a bit when a yawn escapes my mouth, I grab onto Annie's arm tiredly and lay my head on her shoulder.

Annie sighs and for a bit she rests her head on mine as she ate, then once she finishes she gets up and carries me to our room since we bunk together she is pretty strong and I couldn't help but fall asleep in her arms.

~Annie's POV~
I carry Y/N to our room holding her close when I pass other cadets staring, "What are you looking at?", I ask in a small tone of anger they decide to avoid eye contact from then.

I open the door to our room but before I can enter I feel a pair of eyes staring into my back, I turn around careful not to hit Y/N's head on the door frame to find Levi.

Levi leans against the wall and says,"Cadet Annie, I need to speak to Y/N when she awakes, make sure she knows who she needs to see", Levi walks away as both me and him share a sour glare.

I lay Y/N in bed and tuck her in, I take one final look before I head to bed as well.

~Morning (Y/N's POV)~
I've had breakfast and started heading outside where Levi demanded I see him.

Once I arrive I find him shirtless drinking a bottle of water, my face turns red, "U-um C-Corporal?", I approach him slowly.

"Good you're here, Cadet we are going to train those little muscles of yours", he says, I can't help but stare at his abs, when I come to meet his gaze again he raises an eyebrow.

"Why are you staring at you're corporal in such a way Y/N?", Levi asks rather amused, my face heats up and I wave my hands frantically at him, "I-It's not l-like t-that!", I cover my face in embarrassment.

Suddenly a towel hits my face, I take it off to see Levi staring at me, "I'm going to train you myself to stop you being called Humanity's Weakest, now run twelve laps and don't let me catch you walk! That's an order Cadet!", Levi says, I can only nod and obey his order.

After laps, Y/N was forced to do sit ups, lifting, using 3DMG on titan dummies, and much more.

After a while Y/N, did get exhausted and Levi thought it was time she rested. Y/N tried her hardest but she didn't really seem to grasp most of the training because she still wasn't strong enough for her body to handle it.

"You did well Cadet L/N, we will continue tomorrow and the day after that and so on until you grasp being a proper soldier", he says but I can sense he was not really happy with my result today.

Now I have to wait what's in store for me tomorrow...
