Chapter 42 (The Final Chapter)

I lean against Levi's chest in the dining hall at Wall Sina where we are all gathered in a massive building to eat dinner and celebrate Historia being Queen.

Hange sits at the table with a smirk opposite us and says with a giggle "I take it the day together alone went well?" Levi smiles and plays with my hair.

Hanji squeals and asks immediately "Are you two going to get married? Have baby Ackermans? Oh my goddess! You better look after her and treat her nicely Levi!"

Levi blushes mildly and mutters "W-we aren't going to have that many kids..." I say her name embarrassed "Hanji..."

Levi's shoulders relax when she backs off. I say "Hanji is awesome" he clicks his tongue in disagreement.

He slides his hand up my shirt with a smirk and Erwin just happens to notice and snaps "Hey! Levi! Keep that in the bedroom this is a public place" I start laughing.

~A few years later~
Let's just say we managed to find what's in Eren's basement. We defeated this beast-like titan, my father figure Erwin sadly passed and may him rest in peace.

You have no idea how many tears I've shed over the past but I know that the rest of us have pushed through.

I remember my first day of training, I had a best friend named Annie who I loved dearly, many friends died, my old broken gear is still stuck behind a house in what was once Wall Maria. My old drawing book has burnt with the rest of our old HQ but we are all safe now.

I lock lips with Levi as we stand in our house, I say "I love you so much" he replies "I love you two baby girl" before kissing my forehead.

I feel a tug on my leg and look down to see my daughter and son. I kneel down and pick them both up in each arm, Levi hugs me and our babies and says "Now, who's ready for dinner?" I nod eagerly while the children tug at my hair.

Levi chuckles and says "Well come on".

After dinner the four of us sit on the roof of our house looking at the greenery and forests. I sigh and lay in between my husbands legs, I say "It's beautiful isn't it? Remember when all we would usually see are walls?" Levi takes his hand in mine intertwining our fingers and says "Remember when I saved you from your father?"

I smirk and say "Yeah, it's sad isn't it, my actual father died of a heart attack weeks after we saved Wall Sina from Historia's Dad". Levi says "I'm not sad, he tried to torture you" I nod and hold our children close, I say "We are safe now and that's all that matters..."
