"Hyun Bin ssi, what's wrong? You're hurting me..." Ye Jin whimpered as she felt the pain around her wrist intensify when his grip on her tightened more.
"What are you playing at." Hyun Bin growled; his eyes darkened from his anger.
Staring into the depths of Hyun Bin's eyes, Ye Jin found that all she could feel was the coldness in his glare, his hatred for her colouring his eyes.

"W...What do you mean?" Ye Jin finally stuttered out, the fear clear in her eyes as she looked at him. She prayed that he would loosen his grip on her soon. At this point, Ye Jin's hand was starting to feel numb and she was sure his grip would leave a mark on her.
By now, their faces were so close that Ye Jin could smell Hyun Bin's aftershave and she shuddered at the close contact. Hyun Bin said nothing as he continued glaring at the girl, trying to figure out what the seductress was trying to do. He has no room in his heart for another heartbreak and he refused to fall for Ji Wan's charms.
"Come on lovebirds, we're wrapping up dinner." Came the sound of Hyun Bin's eomeoni's voice from the entrance to the balcony.
At the interruption, both turned their heads to look at her. Finally, Hyun Bin loosened his grip on Ye Jin's wrist and put some distance between them.
Ye Jin welcomed the distraction as she tried to calm her racing heart. Subconsciously, Ye Jin started to rub her sore wrist as she cast a nervous smile in Hyun Bin's eomeoni's direction.
Hyun Bin was still looking at the girl and he instantly felt guilty when he saw her rubbing her wrist. He didn't mean to hurt her, but he had let his anger get the better of him. Hatred for the girl still settled deep in his chest but that doesn't mean he should let it out on her by hurting her.
Angry at himself, Hyun Bin stormed past the girl and his eomeoni, barely acknowledging the latter as he made his way back to the room.
Watching his retreating back, confusion was clear on Ye Jin's face. Was he bipolar? How can someone get angry so suddenly?
"Come now dear, let's not keep them waiting." Hyun Bin's eomeoni placed an arm gently around her shoulders, breaking Ye Jin's train of thoughts. Smiling gently at Hyun Bin's eomeoni, Ye Jin followed her and the two slowly made their way back together.
"Ji Wan ssi..." Hyun Bin's eomeoni stopped walking.
"Ne?" Ye Jin stopped walking as well and she turned to face Hyun Bin's eomeoni.
"Please take care of my son for me. He might seem cold, but he has a good heart. He's a good man. Please believe me." His eomeoni said, with a tinge of regret in her voice.
