donghyuck stared at his phone, his tummy full of butterflies. mark had said he wanted to hear his voice. if that wasn't the cutest confession ever.
donghyuck didn't wait a second to call mark who answered right away.
"hello?"
"hey baby boy." mark's voice said.
donghyuck's cheeks flushed a bit, and his tummy was filled with butterflies once again.
"hey mark."
"i'm sorry for doing nothing..." mark said after some instants.
"mark, it's okay. we have talked about it already. i knew it was going to be this way." donghyuck reassured him.
"yeah, but- "
"i think you did a lot. you defended me pretty well already. stop worrying about that."
"i'm blaming myself..."
donghyuck sighed. "you shouldn't."
"how can i be forgiven?"
"you already are, mark. you did nothing- "
"will a date tomorrow be enough?" mark asked again, making donghyuck smile.
"well... if it's a date, then, you might be forgiven."
