(Hange's POV)

All I remember from those few minutes, was that I was suddenly surrounded by darkness, in the beginning I thought I was dying, but then when I remembered that I never got injured or anything, I started to wonder, what the heck is happening.

My questions were soon answered when my eyes opened and I was standing on an unknown street, it was a busy one, people were running around, rushing, or families were cheerfully walking looking inside the shop windows, there were these weird metal things on wheels that were moving in the middle of the road and nobody was off the sidewalks.

I looked down at myself and I immediately noticed that the clothes that I was wearing weren't what I was wearing two minutes ago. I was in yellow strap-sleeve top, dark blue pants that were a bit strange, brown boots and a brown jacket that was similar to our uniform one. I felt very strange in this outfit, but the other people around me didn't seem to think it was strange so I went with it. I walked on the pavement, doing my best to look confident but I was anything but. I was in an unknown place, wearing weird clothes, pants that felt weird and surrounded by people who were doing strange things.

Suddenly somebody who was running crashed into me and I fell backwards. I fell on my butt and when I opened my eyes, everything was fuzzy, I patted the ground for my glasses and when I found a pair, I realised that those glasses weren't mine either, they looked more elegant and didn't have any straps at the back. I put them on my nose and looked in front of me.

The person who ran in me was wearing a white dress shirt, a pale blue v-neck sweater and blue plaid pants. I couldn't see his face because he was on all fours, groaning in pain. I got up and brushed the dirt off then stuck my hand out.

"I'm sorry, are you okay?" I asked.

"No, no it was my fault." he said turning around and grabbing my hand.

Then I immediately recognised him, and he seemed to remember me too.

"Armin?!"

"Commander Hange?!"

I pulled him up and sighed in relief, at least I wasn't the only one here. He got up then looked me in the eyes, a concerned look in his bright blue irises.

"Commander, where are we?"

"That's a good question, I have no idea. But for now, just call me Zoe."

"Okay Comma- uh, Zoe." he said hesitantly.

I put a hand on his shoulder and we walked down the street together, passing by people who didn't even shoot a second glance at us.

"So how did you get here Zoe?" he asked, still uncomfortable using my first name.

"I don't know, one minute I'm looking at pitch darkness, next I'm here, weird huh?" I answered.

"Same happened to me... Do you think the others are here?"

"I hope so..."

We got to the end of the street and were ready to cross, we just waited for other people to cross and we blend in with them. Suddenly a voice behind me said:
"Oi shitty glasses."

We turned around and saw Levi with Edward and Eren. The shortstack was in a dark red T-shirt with an open black leather jacket, black pants and boots. Edward was in the exact clothes he was wearing when we first met him and Eren was in a white T-shirt with the same weird pants as me but in black and these strange shoes with laces and a sort of red flannel tied around his hips.

"So you have these pants too huh?" I said pointing at them.

"Yeah... they're a bit weird but once you get used to them they're actually pretty comfortable." he said looking down at them.
