(Edward's POV)

"So now what?" asked Winry as we stared at the disappearing gate.

"I don't know." I answered honestly.

For the past months, I have made new memories and friends. Granted I almost died a gruesome death several times, but I still had loads of fun with the Survey Corp, they're like a second family. That's in another world. That I will never see again.

Well shit.

That's when I thought, what if I forget about them one day? As much as I don't want it to happen, we have our own lives to tend to, human nature will discard what is not relevant to my goals in this world.

Then I had an idea, if I will forget, I will make sure that everybody in the world will remember everything for me.

"Winry, go back to Rosembol. Tell Al to go through dad's books. I'll be in Central for a couple weeks." I said, going to the roof exit.

"What are you planning to do?" she asked.

"You'll see soon enough." I smirked before closing the door.

I ran through the streets, they were emptying out and people were going home from a busy day at work so it made it easier to navigate. Once I found the right building, I rushed up the stairs and opened the appartement door. I was immediately greeted by the maze of stacked books I walked through them, making sure to not make anything fall over. I found Sheska in a corner, surrounded by open books and she was, not surprisingly, reading.

"Hey Sheska." I greeted sitting in front of her.

"Waaahh!" she panicked. "Edward! How did you come in?"

"You said I could come in whenever I need help and I do."

"Oh? What can I help you with? Do you need a book?"

"No. But can you write books?"

Two weeks later

"So do they find the basement?"

For the past weeks, I've been coming to Sheska's place everyday and I recounted their story. She had cleared some of her books to make room for a typing machine, a desk and chairs. Obviously she didn't know that all this really happened, but I basically told her what happened those months when I was in the other world. Except that I redacted my existence, so it was how they would have done things without us. We were working on the third part of the story which would be book 3.

I started from Eren's childhood, basically everything he told me about it, the first book went from the fall of Wall Maria, to the 104th training program and the Female Titan incident, where I came in. Book two started with Utgard, me, or in the books Mikasa, failing to kill Reiner and Bertholdt, their betrayal and saving Eren from them. And now we were finishing number three, the MPs, Kenny the Ripper, Rod Reiss and the Shiganshina expedition.

"Yea, Hange, Levi, Eren and Mikasa get to the basement and they uncover the secrets that Grisha left behind."

I recited those three journals as best as I could remember them, making sure to not leave a single detail behind. She typed furiously, perfectly keeping up to my tale, hanging to my every word. Then is when I started making things up, I said that they report back to Zackly, which I hope they did safely, then they started rehabilitating Wall Maria and everything within it.

"But how do I end it?" I mumbled flipping my pen around.

I had bought myself a custom pen too, same as the scouts. I guess I did it to have some closure I suppose. But it was a nice pen.

"What about Armin?"

"What about him?"

"His dream to see the sea? What about that?" she asked.

I'm pretty sure that Armin is her favorite character. Then again, it makes sense, bookworm, quiet but sweet a bit clumsy. They would have been good friends.

"Sure, then let's say that reconstruction took some time, but after that they pulled the Survey Corp together again and went on an expedition to the sea."

So we worked on that, ending the book with Eren saying something dramatic as usual then she took the last sheet out and piled it with the rest of book three.

"We are still missing a few things. A title for the series, an author and some covers." she said putting the three stacks of paper in front of me. We had tied the together and they were almost ready to be sent to the editor.

"Well for the covers I asked Al to send some based on my description and he did a good job." I said slipping the drawings in the stacks.

"Author? Remind me why you don't want to put your name?" asked Sheska.

"I don't want to take all credit."

"Why not?"

"Doesn't matter, I'll use a pseudonym, try Erwin Smith. Like the commander in the story."

She typed it and I smiled. Now at least his name will still have an impact.

"And for a title? How about Humanity's Last Hope?" proposed the girl.

"Nah."

No way I'm letting Eren be head honcho of this series, he has enough attention.

I smirked at my own thought and said:
"No the series will be called Attack on Titan."
