Chapter 26

(Levi's POV)

"Wuh wuh Wait!" exclaimed Eren. "You mean he's that bastard superior of yours that you keep talking about?!?"

"Unfortunately, yes." sighed the blond.

"And so he's an alchemist too?" I asked.

"Yeah, he's known as the Flame Alchemist, uses a unique alchemy, he can create fire by snapping his fingers." replied Edward.

"And do you have any idea how's he's here?" asked Mikasa.

"Probably for the same reason as me and Winry are, he got sent here, but what's really confusing is why... he didn't commit the taboo, Truth has no reason to send him..."

Edward never really told us who sent him here, he just insisted that someone did and that whoever it is is the only person who can be in them back, so we learned to not pry.

"Oi! Colonel! Get your ass up!" shouted the boy, kneeling next to the unconscious man.

But the guy didn't even stir, he didn't seem to me injured, internal or external, so what was keeping him asleep. Then Edward whispered something in the man's ear, the three of us didn't hear it, but the moment he finished, Mustang's eyes shot open.

"Fullmetal! I thought we agreed that you were to never talk about that!" he scolded.

"Yes and so far I only told you. Congratulations, you're awake." Edward said getting up.

The man looked up and around him, confusion painted all over his face as his gaze fell on the three of us.

"Who are these people? And why are you dressed like that? And what is that?" he asked pointing at our maneuver gear.

"Captain Levi, Mikasa and Eren. Their part of the military."

"What are you talking about? I never saw them before and their uniform is weird, I mean you were never one for uniforms but this is a strange fashion choice."

"News flash Colonel," I interjected, crossing my arms. "You are not in you world anymore, welcome to the land of the Walls and Titans."

He was about to smirk, thinking that I was joking, but when he saw how serious my face was his eyes widened in disbelief.

"So what that faceless guy with that gate was real?" he murmured looking and Edward.

"Yes, and what he said too. I got transported here with Winry about two this world months ago. So I joined the military and helped them out with titans."

"That's great, but what are these titans that you guys keep mentioning?"

"Don't worry, you'll see soon enough." I told him.

"Wait what?! We're taking him with us?!" exclaimed the blond.

"Well of course, what did you think we were going to leave him here?" I replied.

"But he's useless! And stupid." the alchemist retorted.

"Titans... what a joke." the guy muttered.

"Oooooo... Is someone scared of the titans, just like you were scared of big bag Scar! I'm not surprised considering how useless you were against him!" Edward teased.

"It's not my fault it was raining that day!" he shouted back.

"Was it raining when you got beat up and sent to the hospital! You're still useless!"

"Shut your mouth Fullmetal or I swear I will-"

"You will nothing." I interrupted walking to the Colonel, looking up to be able to look him in the eye. "Listen up, you may be a big shot where you come from, but in this world, you are a noob, a cadet in training, so here, you will follow my orders, got it?"

He just smirked and nodded condescendingly, clearly not caring about what I told him.

"Tch. To start with, I hear that you can generate fire my snapping your fingers?"

He snapped his gloves hand and sure enough, a flame burst out of his fingertips before dissipating.

"Now you might be useful to us against Rod, but let me make one thing clear, the higher ranking Survey Corp members have been hiding the existence of alchemy and Edward from the MP and the government, same goes for you, so stay hidden and follow Edward."

"Very well, Captain Levi. I will do as I'm told, but I can't guarantee that I'll be helpful against a foe that I don't know anything about." he answered, still grinning.

"Let's just say that today will be the weirdest day of your life Colonel." Edward said, putting a metal hand on his shoulder.

"You know what they say, the world needs more weird." he replied cracking his knuckles.

"Hell no, the world could use less titans, and I mean a lot less fucking titans." said Eren.

"Enough chit chatting, lets go, we still have to explain Fire Bastard's existence to Erwin." I hissed.

"Fire bastard? Is that what I am now?" Mustang asked Edward.

"Oh, he'll only call you that sometimes, that or your first name." answered Edward clapping his palms on the dirt.

He generates the platform and started to move it towards the Orvud District.

"Oh and what Walls?" asked Roy as we moved forwards.

Guess we have a lot of explaining to do...
