Kayano's POV
Nagisa's clothes fit surprisingly well, luckily he is pretty small for his age. But all I could think about was the massive amount of mixed feelings I was having about this night. Nagisa needed to have a serious talk with me, and I was both excited for this, and fairly nervous.
"Uhhh... Kayano..." Nagisa said from the living room. "The rain hasn't let up... it's not a good idea for us to go to your home..."
Then I realized that Nagisa was trying to say that I was going to have to stay over here tonight. No matter right? I mean we were going to stay at my house tomorrow anyway, so this doesn't really change anything.
"That shouldn't be an issue right Nagisa?" I said calmly, knowing it should be no different.
"Well, I'll shower and you can sleep in my mom's room tonight" Nagisa said, "does that sound good to you?"
"Perfect!" I said back
Nagisa was such a nice person to me, I would feel bad not letting him take care of me. Whatever he needed from me I would give it in return.
Nagisa POV
I had just finished my shower and changed into new clothes. Tied my hair up in the way Kayano had shown me all that time ago.
I wanted to make some dinner for the two of us, my mom had taught me quite a lot for someone my age. We had just enough to make some pork cutlets. We had a wonderful time at dinner, and I said that I will clean the kitchen in a bit. But now is the time I need to talk with Kayano.
"Hey Kayano" I said, walking to the living room where she was sitting while I wrapped up the leftovers, in case my mom wanted some when she came back. Then I began to speak with Kayano, "I think now is a good time for us to talk." I say, unknowing of how she will take this all in.
"Ok, that's alright with me." Kayano said, now sitting up.
I have to make sure that I don't mention that Korosensei put me up to this, I don't want to seem as if I personally don't care.
"So Kayano, this has to do a bit with your past, and how you're feeling now..." I said, without looking directly at her.
"I feel fine now Nagisa, those tentacles are out so it's all good." Despite being an actress, I could tell that that was a fake smile she had on.
"I'm glad to hear that, but I still need to say these things, it's been on my mind for quite some time now." I said, now with more confidence, "You were in an incredible amount of pain for so long, thinking only of revenge while you were in it. With both of those things gone, I'm wondering if something is going to happen now. Your reason for being in Class 3-E is now gone, so will you be leaving us. Leaving me..."
Kayano looked beyond surprised that I asked something like that. She looked down for about ten seconds, her face got progressively more red, "I really like everyone in class, and that isn't something I'll easily throw away. I love you guys and I'm going to finish the year strong." Kayano said, "but I can tell that isn't the only thing you wanted to ask me..."
"Yeah... there's one more thing I wanted to ask you..." Now I myself was blushing, "There has been tons of emotion in all of this, and I want to be there for you in the future. When things get tough, as they have been in recent times. I want to help you in whatever way I can"
Kayano looked up, clearly holding back tears at this point. "Nagisa, I love your thoughts on this, and I actually have been under a lot of emotion recently. After my sister died, I had no other thoughts but killing Korosensei myself. But you and Korosensei saved me. I actually don't really know what emotions have been going through me." Kayano said, finally letting out some tears.
