"Wow man, congrats. How far long is she?", August asks sitting on the couch.

"Two months.", he says.

"When y'all find out the gender?", he asks drinking his water.

"Either her next doctors appointment or the one after that.", he says.

"Okay, okay. Well if you need anything I got you.", he says.

"Appreciate it, but I gotta head back my break is almost over. I'll talk to you later.", he says.

"Aight man.", he says hanging up and sighing.

I've tried not to think too much on the fact that Kennedy may have hired my ex. I'm just gonna go up there Monday and see what's what, I gotta be discreet though. If it is her.. I don't know.

"I thought the same thing, but hey, the right one will change all of that.", she says smiling. "But yeah all of that on the being entitled thing. That's how our relationship got blasted before we were even ready. We had literally only been together two days Ash.", Kennedy scoffs and rolls her eyes.

"My point exactly. Once you're involved with someone in the business, privacy ain't shit anymore.", Ashley says, "But how long y'all been together now?", she asks.

"A year and some change.", she says messing with her ring.

"You show that ring off every chance you get huh?", she chuckles.

"Hell yeah, gotta let these hoes know. Same reason why he got me this.", she says pointing to the necklace with August's name on it.

"So you got the necklace, anklet, and promise ring. You just dripped out in Alsina huh?", she asks smiling.

"Just wait until he proposes, I'll be like..", Kennedy says doing things to purposely show off her ring, making Ashley laugh.

"You crazy sis.", Ashley says shaking her head.

"Just a little bit.", she chuckles as she starts to text August.
