I had started to show & we walked into the carnival with the girls.
I held Chibs hand and he had Dakota on his hip while I pushed Bronte in the pram.
"What do you want to go on first baby?" Chibs asked Dakota & she smiled down at him.
"The slide."
"The slide? My god, that's pretty high don't you think?"
"Please daddy?"
"Okay fine, let's go."
I smiled & seen them walk up the stairs, when Jax walked over to me.
"Where's Chibs?"
"With Dakota, what's going on?" I looked behind him to see Opie & Bobby walking over with Tara & the boys.
"Get her & the girls to the clubhouse."
"Jax, what's going on?"
"The Chinese are here."
"And?"
"It's not a nice visit."
"Shit." I sighed, seeing Chibs & Dakota sliding down together.
I smiled at her and he stood up, putting the blanket back & walking over to us.
"What's up?" Chibs asked, eating from the fairy floss bag in the pram.
"Chinese made a surprise visit."
"I need to get them out of here." He said, putting Dakota in the pram with Bronte & grabbing my hand, leading us out back towards the exit.
"Baby?" I asked, hoping he'd slow down & tell me what the hell was going on.
We got to the car & I put Dakota in while he did Bronte & we drove off.
"Chibs? Where are we going?"
"Back to the clubhouse."
I looked behind us & seen two cars following.
"Baby?"
"I see them."
I kept an eye on the cars & he grabbed his phone.
"Jax?
Yeah, I'm driving now.
I've got two cars following me, I need them gone.
Okay."
He ended the call & I looked up at him.
"Baby?"
"It's okay." He said, putting his hand on my thigh.
"What happened with the Chinese?"
He sighed & kept looking in the rear view mirror, then looked back at the girls.
"We blew their warehouse with Lin's guys in it."
"Oh god." I mumbled, checking the car again & I sighed.
Out of nowhere, a van drove towards us on the highway & as we swerved it, we drove off the road & down to the pit.
"Fucking Jesus."
The girls both started crying & Chibs got out of the car to check on them & I ran to the other side where Lin & two of his guys were.
I held my gun to him & he grinned.
"Jade Teller, it's been a little while."
I glared at him & he looked behind me to Chibs with the girls.
"Didn't mean to scare your little ones, we just want Chibs."
"That's not gonna happen."
Chibs stood beside me with a gun up too & Lin sighed.
"Come on."
